The only saving grace from the bug infested room was the complimentary breakfast. We had the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious. The staff was also very friendly. However with insects crawling on the walls and ceiling it made the room feel a little less clean.

Loved the building, absolutely amazing. Food was also great. Paid for the lower tier room, which was still really expensive. The carpet was worn down to the point of there being a large hole next to the tiles. Multiple unpainted patches on the wall. Lotion and soap smelled old, stale.

Poor stay for the cost
The room was dusty, old and run down. It smelled like urine and cigarettes. Also when we went to get coffee in the morning it was empty and we stood and rang the bell at the front desk for a while and later found out the staff was outside taking pictures. The toilet paper holder was not anchored to the wall and it fell off. We cannot recommend this hotel. I am handicapped and was not able to enter through the handicap entrance because it was locked. We later found out that the patron needs to call first to be let in. This was not stated anywhere that we could find. We did tell the front desk person of this and have yet to be contacted.

Wedding anniversary celebration
Our stay was wonderful. We celebrated our 35th marriage anniversary. My wife loves lighthouses, so my selection was the Lighthouse room. She loved it !

Carpet in our room was worn out and stained. Should have been replaced a long time ago.

We had a great experience! Has gluten free options for breakfast. Better than what we expected. The pizzas that you can order are great size and taste good too! The people at the front desk were very kind and courteous!

The different themes rooms you can stay in . I did not like that there werre no elevators.
I had large suitcases and it was hard to maneuver. The rooms didn't have enough counter space

Hi had order an add on that should have a bottle of champagne a box of chocolates and rose petals in the room the only thing I got was the bottle of champagne. Not what I expected of this price

The staff of two ladies was wonderful! Awesome personality and welcoming! The room "Hollywood Romance" was also pretty awesome!
