The whole visit was excellent, the staff were very approachable and friendly. We had a small issue with a wedding party there, but that was beyond their control.

The accommodations were perfect and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was traveling from out of state, did not feel well, and Victoria at the front desk provided service well above and beyond what was expected.

We had a beautiful suite. The front door gentlemen greeted us each time we walked into the building. The Grove Hotel never disappoints.

The staff was great, the restaurant was phenomenal, everything was very clean, the gym was awesome.

First, the staff said my reservation was canceled. The room is nothing special. They charge an additional 18$ for parking. They have a state tax, city tax, and additional tax they charge and an incidental fee. They then upped the price of the room because they said I had canceled my reservation. I will never stay here again. This is beyond capitalism. This is just straight up greed.

Husband and I had a great one night stay! It was a little crazy busy checking in but because my husband called ahead to be put on waitlist we were able to get in on time! Room and view were beautiful and cleanish! Only thing is no hotels ever clean the vents, so gross! Beds are not the best but manageable. Overall will recommend and would definitely stay again!

Helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas. We loved our room with big windows and a view of the city lights. Everything was very comfortable and had great amenities. We hung out in the lobby where there is a fireplace and bar and people enjoying themselves. It was pretty special to have the arena right there! When I go to a hotel I appreciate and look for cleanliness and atmosphere and comfy beds and bedding. The grove hotel had all of it, and also right in the heart of the city where we wanted to walk around. So wonderful and also affordable.

I would say 2.5 stars. In comparison, I have been through much worse experiences at other restaraunts.

The Good: The waiter that took our orders was very friendly and made good recommendations for food and drinks options. Our food was brought out pretty quickly after ordering which was nice. It was pretty busy too, so I was fairly impressed. The food was better than I originally expected (coconut chicken and fries) I really enjoyed it actually.

The Bad: It was pretty loud most of the time and difficult to have a normal conversation. We kept having to repeat ourselves, lean over the table, or raise our voice. Some kind of event started shortly after we got there and, unfortunately the staff kinda just disappeared on us. After our first drinks got served, we never saw the waiter again. The rest of the time was a bit irritating having to walk around to find someone to get drink refills. By the time our food was done, and waited 20 minutes (give or take) I had to scuttle through whatever was going on for a few minutes until I finally found someone to find our orders and give me a check.

All in all, it was not my worst dining experience downtown. I was pleased with the food, just not enough to go back as my own decision. I am hoping that someone on the staff from Reef will eventually see this one way or another, so future customers won't have to deal with a similar experience I put up with.

Is zero stars an option? Nov 7th, after the Shinedown concert, was the worst pita pit experience I have ever had! Pita pit is always a favorite after every concert, not only at this venue! The two immature pricks, have no business in customer service. I definitely won't be back to this pita ever again.

I ordered a chicken souvlaki SALAD. It's clearly marked on the form. I wait ONE HOUR for the delivery.... and it's a pita, not a salad. When did reading a piece of paper become so difficult? Jimmy John's, Costa Vida, and Pita Pit are on the same level of reading ability....meaning it's not great. I love Pita Pit, but would be nice to have a few staff that know how to read a sheet of paper with simple check boxes on it. This seams to be a common problem with any delivery sandwich shop.

Very unimpressed with the Main Street Location. Apparently they no longer deliver after 4 pm. and 2 days in a row the workers I spoke to over the phone were very rude. Maybe should have more than one worker during a shift-especially around dinner time. This is obviously a problem in management and scheduling. Tried putting in an order for pick up since I work close and I only get a 30 minute lunch but seemed like it was a serious issue for the girl that was working and did I mention she was rude, I don't appreciate being called "dear" and then told that because she is busy that I need to just come in and order and wait 15 minutes. Not to mention the attitudinal "sighing". I will be going to the Broadway location from now on- they can deliver and still do it quickly even with the construction which is funny because I was also told by this young lady to not bother calling Broadway because they cant deliver downtown due to the construction. This store is a Hot Mess.

I experienced prompt and curious service, and my food was excellent (I got the duck). They were out of the cocktail that I wanted, which was mildly dissaponting, but the one that I got was still good. The lunch buffet was recommended to me by a friend, but I haven't been. Overall would recommend.

I would rate their lunch buffet a 5, and the dinner a 2 or 3.

This used to be one of our favorite places several years ago, but now we only go there when we meet for lunch.

For lunch you get a great selection of both vegetarian and meat dishes, as well as sushi and other fresh items.

For dinner you can get the same food, but it is much more expensive.

They used to have some extremely delightful seitan dishes. At some point they changed their recipe on this and since then we really have had no interest in paying the high price for the dinner. We would talk with the owner even sometimes, and thank him for these foods. He would remember us and thank us for coming.
I am pretty sure they restaurant changed hands or something. We stopped seeing him around the same time.

Beware of the happy hour drink pricing. The 2 for 1 drinks apply per person which is not advertised nor will the wait person notify you of this. I had complained to the owner and was completely rebuffed and he would not honor his advertised pricing. Frankly he was completely rude and argumentative about the situation. This guy needs to change his signage to properly inform customers. Totally bad experience with the owner.
