Stayed here while visiting my husband. Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean.
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was decent as well. We will be staying here again next time I am up.

Everything was amazing until it wasn’t. Service amazing, beds comfortable, breakfast amazing but then I went to take a shower and the shower curtain was covered in mold and there was hair in the shower… we ended up showering at a friends house bc it was so gross

Worst night sleep ever. Heating/AC unit didnt know what it was doing, the Placery was closed, I paid for a room with a tub and when we got there we were informed no rooms with tubs were available. Pillows were the worst pillows I've ever used and the mattress was a rock.
Biscuits at breakfast were hard and dry, breakfast selection was poor, milk for cereal was warm.
The staff, however, was pleasant and courteous.

Decent for business trips. The carpet in my room needed some attention, but I’ll still stay there again on my next trip. It’s conveniently located and easy to get to in crazy Boise traffic.

Comfortable and well-laid out room space. The bed / linens were nice. Satisfactory breakfast with lots of room for everyone. More than adequate gym (24/7!) and desk staff were awesome. Walkable to a few dining options, which is always a bonus, especially when you've been too much in a car.
Not happy with the noise of our A/C unit -- very loud cycling on and no constant fan option on the thermostat. Even with my phone sound machine app going next to my pillow, it was hard to get into a sound sleep.

Satisfied, suitable for overnight or short stopover
Pros: Overall good, clean and comfortable, cost-effective.
- Convenient location, suitable for transit accommodation from Yellowstone Park to Boise.
- There are Target and Winco supermarkets nearby, which are convenient for shopping, as well as fast food and cafes.
- The community is quiet, suitable for walking, and has the feeling of an American small town.
Disadvantages: The room is a little old, but it does not affect the use.

Amazingly nice and very helpful staff. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Beds are excellent. Awesome TV with great services. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

This is a pretty good place to stay, the building and rooms were clean and nice. They have a big pool as well. The breakfast here was decent, but the waffles and the french toast were really dry, and I had to use a lot more syrup than normal. The water in my shower also took almost 5 minutes to warm up, regardless of the time of day I used it.
