Satisfied, suitable for overnight or short stopover
Pros: Overall good, clean and comfortable, cost-effective.

- There are Target and Winco supermarkets nearby, which are convenient for shopping, as well as fast food and cafes.
- The community is quiet, suitable for walking, and has the feeling of an American small town.
Disadvantages: The room is a little old, but it does not affect the use.

Amazingly nice and very helpful staff. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Beds are excellent. Awesome TV with great services. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

This is a pretty good place to stay, the building and rooms were clean and nice. They have a big pool as well. The breakfast here was decent, but the waffles and the french toast were really dry, and I had to use a lot more syrup than normal. The water in my shower also took almost 5 minutes to warm up, regardless of the time of day I used it.

Room was nice and spacious. Pretty clean. In a nice location close to many things. Front desk was great for check in and check out. Only disappointing thing was when calling to get more towels and washcloths was put on hold over 30 minutes, had to walk down and just got excuses when we had asked over 30 minutes prior to calling. Very inconvenient.

Stayed one night. The location is decent. You’re about 10 minutes away from downtown Boise and 10 from The Village in Meridian. The mall closes early which I found a bit odd. Nothing but chain restaurants nearby. I don’t normally stay in Hyatt hotels. It’s been years only because I’m not a fan of the ownership so I choose another brand. There was no room service, no hotel shuttle, and no tv. If you want to stream that’s not an issue but the cable channels don’t work. The room itself seemed clean but we did have yellow water come out of the sink the first time it was turned on. My guess is this room wasn’t used for quite some time. I don’t anticipate staying here again.

We stayed 3 nights. There was trouble getting hot water. The maintaince man said the old building had trouble getting hot water to the end units. The heating system was either blowing too hot then the air conditioning would come on and freeze the room. The power to the computer section did not work. We like the price and the extra sitting area. They need to have microwaves installed. Old building ready for a makeover..

We stayed one night and our room was very spacious and clean. It had two queen beds and a sofa (that folded out to a bed). which allowed my teen boys to each have their own beds.; which is always a plus. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating when we asked for more blankets and pillows, and they were very welcoming when we first came in. Would definitely stay there again

I’ve been to a few Hyatt locations over the years, but this one has made me question my loyalty to Hilton and Hamptons. Great staff, modern atmosphere as always and the amenities at the location were solid. Spacious suites with large TV and couch and a 24hr menu, and a open-late bar. The gym was small but useful. I would definitely stay here again.
