The room was clean but there's like zero vent in the bathroom which when taking a hot shower condensation is horrible... Could do better.

Parking was easy, and the front desk staff member was very helpful. The facility in general seems a little out of date and worn down.

All was well with the exception of a cockroach seen in the bathroom, which was troubling.

ADA room was appropriately equipped and functional. In keeping with the brand, there wasn't any flat surface except the back of the toilet for my toiletry bag, and i don't choose to use that. So i dragged a chair in to avoid back and forth trips to the table. There is no light near the table so very inconvenient to use a computer there. Again, could have moved things but that's not esdy as I'm limping with a cane. But the room was clean, comfortable, and i bring tissues so I didn't miss those too much. Desk help was great eith local info.

For a no-frills stay, it wasn’t bad. There was a weird smell in my room and the walls are a little thin plus I was on the first floor so caught some of the lobby noise. I tried to use the guest laundry services, but my clothes were still wet (I did not overload the dryer) and had to leave them out by the heater overnight to fully dry (I didn’t want to spend another hour waiting up for them). The hotel itself is a little run down, the bed was not very comfortable. But again, if all you need is a bed and a shower, this place is fine.

The lady that checked me in was a blessing that day. Negative degree weather, snow and ice, and after long trip and weary week, she checked me in as early as possible, the easiest process, friendly, professional, overall, a very pleasant stay!

Only stayed overnight. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Restaurants next door were permanently closed. Limited amenities and smaller room, but was fine for an overnight stay.

Was one of the best stay in a long time. Very affordable, clean and comfortable. If ever in Springfield Illinois, I will definitely stay there again. Thanks Motel 6 for a comfortable stay.👍

Room had roaches and sheets were dirty we didn’t stay we left and they would not return my money

Started great. Arrived early. Freindly. Accomidated with an early check in by switching room that was ready. I agreed. That became a problem. Reserved 2 beds. We are big people. Didnt tell me this room was single bed. Very uncomfortable. Barely slept all night. Restless and cramped. They should have told me about the beds. I would have declined. Would like refund.
