Staff, my tub was dirty like it hadnt been cleaned when i advised front desk they offered to change my room immediately, but i requested that they just clean it which they did immediately. Everything else was great!!!!

Rooms are typically clean. Breakfast can be hit or miss, but the last few times we stayed it’s been good. Hubby loves their wings on the dinner menu.

The staff was extremely helpful and gracious, the breakfast is very worthwhile, and the bar is still an amazing space. You can tell this place was built to be top notch.

That said, this hotel used to be THE hotel in Springfield outside of the downtown area. Visiting it now, it's in need of a remodel. The common areas are nice enough, but the elevators are run down, escalators are broken, and there are many upgrades needed.

The hotel needs major repairs. I’ve stayed at plenty of crown plaza hotels before and this by far was the worst. The facility looks and smells like they should be closed for renovations. The 9th floor smelled like fecal. We flushed our toilet twice and it overflowed. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The plates for breakfast were dirty. I think if the owners cared about the esthetics of the hotel it would be great! I couldn’t wait to check out to get home.

The room was great. Most off all there was a restaurant/ bar in the hotel. My room view was amazing.
