Don't ever come here!!!! Unless it's an emergency! The carpet is old,walls,bathroom are dirty!! It says it a four star........HELL TO DA NO!!!! online says it has a indoor pool and that was a lie!!!! Trying to get my $$$$# back!!

They charge you at check in $20 for a “deposit” they claim you’ll receive back if no damage is in room. Something that’s not on the website. That’s how they catch you with a hidden fee. So they’ll keep those $20 you’ll never see them again. Someone should look into a lawsuit for this. The lady at reception is extremely rude. Entered the bathroom and toilet was disgusting and not flushed from previous usage. The sink faucet leaks. Very small TVs. Pool is closed! Don’t come!!! You’ll probably have a better stay at the county jail than this dump.

I did not stay here. The old lady working the front desk gave me a hard time about my ESA. I was mistaken about the rules regarding ESAs and hotels, but it was not necessary to be so harsh and rude about the situation. It would have been more polite to simply say we do not allow animals/ESAs, or be honest, or just not be rude about the situation. In my opinion it would not be a good place to stay based on my staff interaction.

Why can’t we give places 0 stars? This place was disgusting! We first were given a room where the fridge didn’t work and there was hair everywhere in the bedding as well as dead bugs like spiders. Dried food was also found about the room on the carpet and bedding. We asked for a different room, that room was not any better but worse there was dried crusty creamish stuff on the sheets, dead spiders on the floor. The toilet hadn’t been flushed and there was a used soap bar in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty. Both rooms had not been cleaned, we left within a few min because both our kids had gotten big bites from inside the room. Just nasty, it’s beyond me how this place is still open.

This place was a BIG disappointment: For starters, the desk person was cold and unfriendly. When we could not open our door with the card-key she first blamed us, then made us another key. The fridge didn’t work, there were not enough outlets in the room, and one of the lamps had a broken on-off switch. They offered a very meager breakfast (all carbs & sugar, no eggs or meat). The bed seemed marginally OK, but I woke up with a back ache! The most ridiculous thing was that they did not even have a luggage cart! The desk person said that the two they had had both been stolen, and management told them not to order new ones. We had to borrow a wobbly old laundry cart. Trust me: Don’t go to this motel. It’s worth the extra money to find a better place.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff, terrible room. Front desk woman is beyond rude. Don't stay you'll regret it.

The awning sign should have been an indicator not to stay it looks like something out of a horror movie. My shower curtain had mold on it. The tv remote didn't work. The tv had to be turned on manually and there was no volume.

We didn't have a good experience here. We asked for a non-smoking room and ended up in a room hat smelled like an ashtray. Upon quick inspection of the room we found a used condom on the floor. We informed the staff a were put in a non-smoking room that was a bit cleaner. However the curtians had gaps. We had to put out bags in from on them to close the gap and get privacy. Even though the experience was bad the woman we checked in with was still understanding and friendly. That counts for something but we would t be staying here again if we're back in Springfield.

I checked out early in the morning. I forgot my name tag for work and headphones. I had called when I realized it. Went to go get them immediately after I got off the women at the front desk was rude and lied at first saying there was nothing in the room then changed her story to she had them thrown away. Then said well Ill call housekeeping they had my headphones but no name tag and said it wasnt in there when I told them where it was at they said no. This customer service is poor and the woman was rude like I did something to her. I ask if I could go look they said no. As someone who works in the Hilton hotels this was absolutely terrible service and they need a lesson in hospitality and running a motel. Idk how they are still in business with the way they treated me and the way it seems they have treated other guests.
