The shower only partially worked, there was no breakfast, and my room smelled incredibly old and moldly. I didn’t feel clean staying there.

Room was clean and spacious. Room was HOT! No matter what we did to thermostat we couldn’t cool the room down. Made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Helpful staff, clean room and beautiful hotel overall. The only thing is our room was extremely hot even though we had the thermostat at 60. We told the front desk when we were checking out and they apologized.

Everything at this hotel is fine, however this is my 3rd time staying there within a month and they have a major problem with their HVAC the thermostats in the rooms do not work. The first two stays it was super hot this last visit it was freezing
It’s an issue.

Didnt eat breakfast. Staff at BBM were awesome. Rooms temp was not able to be managed…warm.

The bathroom sink had a crack in it, the shower ceiling was cracked and damaged from water. There was rust in the bathtub near the drain. The tub had a ring in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the towel rack was broken and we couldn’t hang our towels up, the bath towels were put on a shelf underneath the sink inches next to the toilet and the wooden shelf that the towels were laying on was scratched to pieces and needed to be re-stained. Very disappointing and we paid over $400 per night for this room.

Room was okay, however room service was non existent when we checked in. We needed to eat before our show and you say you provide that service no body answering the phone no message called front desk said they are busy so tried again a bit later ended up having to door dash which I did not want to do I specifically booked hotel for the service and closeness to event so I would not have to go out anywhere else. Breakfast service was not great was told our waitress was delayed for room service run ( you don’t have dedicated persons?) and food was cold when it came out. So not impressed Hilton.

Could not control the room temp, even though I turmed the thermostat down to 61, the room temp stayed at 73-74 all night making for a very poor night of sleep. Also, in spite of the fan" being set to "auto" it literally ran all night. Since we didn't get to the room until after 11pm, I did not call the front desk to alert them

Room was great, clean, fully stocked with towels and supplies. Lacked nothing for an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.
