Room was clean and spacious. Room was HOT! No matter what we did to thermostat we couldn’t cool the room down. Made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Helpful staff, clean room and beautiful hotel overall. The only thing is our room was extremely hot even though we had the thermostat at 60. We told the front desk when we were checking out and they apologized.

Everything at this hotel is fine, however this is my 3rd time staying there within a month and they have a major problem with their HVAC the thermostats in the rooms do not work. The first two stays it was super hot this last visit it was freezing It’s an issue.

Didnt eat breakfast. Staff at BBM were awesome. Rooms temp was not able to be managed…warm.

Room was okay, however room service was non existent when we checked in. We needed to eat before our show and you say you provide that service no body answering the phone no message called front desk said they are busy so tried again a bit later ended up having to door dash which I did not want to do I specifically booked hotel for the service and closeness to event so I would not have to go out anywhere...

Could not control the room temp, even though I turmed the thermostat down to 61, the room temp stayed at 73-74 all night making for a very poor night of sleep. Also, in spite of the fan" being set to "auto" it literally ran all night. Since we didn't get to the room until after 11pm, I did not call the front desk to alert them

Excellent staff! Everybody I encountered welcomed me. Also, every staff member asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better! I've never felt this welcome at a hotel with exception of one in Rome. Loved it!

Room was clean and everyone was very nice and helpful! Only issue we had were the pillows, they were terrible!

Our breakfast wasn’t free! It was $22 a plate and there were 5 adults that were charged the $22 each! The 2 children were charged $12 each!

There were no bellman and only 1 valet. Totally understaffed. Front desk was very helpful, as was the restaurant staff .

Clean, great breakfast..above average! Normally breakfast at hotels is nothing great but this was very well done. Pool area was the weakest part. The water was moderately heated but the pool room was freezing and not as well kept as the rest of the hotel. Just overall looked like it needed some updating and attention. Overall a great stay!

Water only got Luke warm, the shower door doesn’t close all the way. No microwave in the room

Neither my wife, nor my brother-in-law (who was in a different room on the same floor) could get hot water for a shower Saturday night. Otherwise this is a perfectly fine place at this price point.

The room was spacious and nice. Just a few wear and tears. The wall had spots and seems like a little mold. The bathroom had hair in it. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

For the price I expected more updates rooms but it was very clean. They don’t have fridges In the rooms but when I asked about this they brought one up to me. For some reason they were not serving breakfast while we were there. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. For a one night stay it served its purpose, probably would not stay again though

Not many amenities but the beds were comfy and that's all we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Oh also the indoor pool is indoor/outdoor and was pretty cold!

The stay was nice. It was easy to check in and the gentleman at the front desk even showed me how to get to my room. The room was beautiful. The shower was nice and it had tv with shows my son would like. The only complaint would be the bed. The sheets were sort of rough and the bed was more firm than I'd like. Besides those two complaints the stay was wonderful.

Nice hotel and friendly staff but... in my opinion the pillows were to soft there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal if you aren't staying long but would have been nice. The price is definitely not worth the room I've stayed in cheaper hotels with more room amenities

Good location reasonably close to the Kentucky Horse Park, the hotel itself though is not up to the standard of most Starwood properties though. The ac didn't work when we first got to the room and we had to get maintenance to reset the unit. The second night we stayed there was a bus load of teenagers that checked in and the walls did not do a very good job of attenuating the noise. We were next...

So quiet! Have we here a couple times now. Room was perfect so I requested the same room each time with no problem. Front desk gentleman is very nice and always so polite. Room is very clean, very accommodating. WiFi is seamless and fast. Will only stay here when in Lex. Favorite part is it’s very quiet!!

This is a mixed review, for several reasons: when first checking it staff was nice, and room appear to be clean and well put together, upon further review, there were a few bugs crawling up and down the shower stall wall and when a friend of ours that was visiting us at the time call the front desk to inform them that our heat wasn't working, that we were only getting cold air, the person was hateful...

I really liked it there other than being robbed by friends of a staff member.

There were plenty of parking spaces. I didnt have to worry about whether there was going to be parking available when I returned from being out. The room was clean. I have stayed here many times , and I would stay again .

Fine room, everything worked as it should. One difficulty was the sound coming from the attached events center. The loud noise was supposed to end at 10 PM, but it was actually more like midnight. Be prepared for a noisy night; I would recommend bringing earplugs.

The only Extended stay that had no plates, silverware or any kitchen items

This is an older hotel but very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working condition. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping with an Arby’s & Starbucks right next to it. For a very busy area it was quiet at night. All the rooms have an outside doors and you must use stairs to get to the second floor. Overall a clean basic room economically...

everything was great!!! The parking charge seemed excessive due to that it was in a shopping strip mall, but still the hotel was awesome!

With outside temps in the twenties, the heater in our room didn't work - constant 68 degrees, in spite of two requests to have it fixed. Maintenance claims they fixed it but still no hear.

I love the style of this hotel, and everything was super clean and easy to navigate. The shower was huge and newly renovated rooms were really nice.

Hotel and room were very nice and quiet. Bed was excellent. Getting to and from hotel was difficult because of traffic and crowded area. Parking was not good and they charger $15 a day.

Mattresses all have large urine stains on them. Asked to move to a different room and found the same on the two queen beds there. So gross! Bathroom floor had a wad of hair in the floor but otherwise was very clean. On the plus side staff was very nice. Definitely not what I expected for price I paid though.

This was a nice hotel for the money. In a great location with plenty of food and shopping options. We had a short 15 min drive to Kentucky Horse Park for an event. We would stay in this hotel again when in the area.

My trip was a spur of the moment trip right at the holidays. The staff & hotel were amazing. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, helpful & professional. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! We would gladly stay here again & recommend this hotel to our friends & family.

Room was excellent in every aspect except for the tub/shower combination. Shower would not shut off completely while the tub faucet was on.

Check in was fast, room was spotless, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The only problem was the walls were made of paper, it sounded like the people in the next room were in the room with me.

Stayed for the UK V Tennessee game, place was packed but the staff was great. Room was clean, can’t ask for much more than that at the price. Would stay again
