Excellent staff! Everybody I encountered welcomed me. Also, every staff member asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better! I've never felt this welcome at a hotel with exception of one in Rome. Loved it!

Room was clean and everyone was very nice and helpful! Only issue we had were the pillows, they were terrible!

Our breakfast wasn’t free! It was $22 a plate and there were 5 adults that were charged the $22 each! The 2 children were charged $12 each!

Check in with was delayed by HOURS. We couldn’t even check in until our event was over without even knowing if it would be ready then. Not sure if they overbooked or what, but it was very frustrating and unprofessional. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Did not get checked into room until 8pm, reserved room 3 months in advance.

Check in was at 4 . We arrived close to 7 pm. It took approximately 30 minutes for that. Then we get to our room have to wait in the hall because it was just started to be cleaned. No coffee was left in the room had to go out in the a.m. to find the cleaning staff. Not what I expected.

There were no bellman and only 1 valet. Totally understaffed. Front desk was very helpful, as was the restaurant staff .
