My only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Tons of dining options. Staff are overall friendly. Had a slight issue with one of the staff re: my check in, but we worked through it.

Not Worth the Money
Positives: near downtown Louisville; lots of restaurants near by
Negatives:
1. Poor TV Signal: either it was very jerky all night, or I had trouble getting any tv signal.
2. When I went to call the front desk about the TV signal, the hotel phone was not even powered on.
3. No reading light on one side of the bed
4. Very poor Grab & Go breakfast

Probably the most peaceful "stay weekly" place I've ever stayed at! For the price you really can't beat it.

It was a great place to sleep it was clean and safe and everything was well kept. The people at the front desk are awesome

The room was filthy!!!... Globs of dust or something under the dinning table, food smeared on chairs (had to put a towel over the chairs to even sit in them), sticky substance in fridge, chucks of left over soap in shower and by sink, dirty tub, something smeared on the bottom of the bathroom door, and food or something spilt on bedding (stained & crusty... assuming probably wasn't washed). Fire alarm was triggered and was told by a long term guest/resident that it was a reoccurring thing at least once a week. When I went to check out breakfast the first day, it consisted of 2 muffins, 1 nutrigrain bar, a couple packs of oatmeal, and coffee. I ended up checking out and leaving 5 days early.

Avoid at all costs! Ignore positive reviews
This motel was an absolute nightmare—upon entering the room, we were hit with a revolting, damp, musty stench that never went away. The air was thick with mildew, making it hard to breathe and impossible to relax. Everything felt dirty and neglected, as if the place hadn't been properly cleaned or ventilated in years. No amount of air freshener or open windows could mask the horrible smell.
WARNING: Do not stay here under any circumstances. The unbearable, moldy stench alone is enough to ruin your trip. Look elsewhere!

The staff is courteous and thorough. While shopping for a replacement of my previous EXCEELLENT doctor, the staff at Bluegrass made me feel welcome, appreciated and cared for. The transition is seemingly painless because of the Bluegrass staff.

Workers are extremely unfriendly. Heard them talking about me behind my back and making fun of me. The food looked gross and replace seemed unsanitary. I would never go here to eat or even socialize because the people are completely rude and disrespectful. Hence why they're a deli on the bottom floor of a small office building... it's a shame people have to be caught up in themselves...

The food is good, as is the service. I was hoping that they would expand the parking lot when they remodeled recently. The parking lot is terrible. Very narrow, the drive-thru line hinders navigating the parking lot greatly and there is only one entrance/exit. This Panera is constantly busy so it makes the assumed simplicity of the restaurant, unrealistic. There also is no carry out parking that I noticed. Love the restaurant. Hate the limited parking and congested lot.

Love their breakfast! Always fresh and hot. I get the sausage, egg, and cheese on the asiago bagel. Had to come back and edit my review though, I drove all the way home and realized they put bacon instead of sausage in my sandwich and i don't have time to drive back across town to get it fixed. ? The kids that work one on one with you as a customer could use a lesson in friendliness and smiling!

Great food, always clean, great coffee! Prompt service. The only negative is that it gets really busy here. The locals handle it well. I recommend the drive thru if you can't find a parking spot.
