The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Waking into room, it was as if they didn’t even clean it. Smelled bad, floors sticky and crumbs everywhere. Bed sheets stained, crumbs and hairs in beds. Blood stain on shower curtains. Rust came out of shower.
Door doesn’t close all the way, as if it’s been kicked in previously.
Save your money. Even if it was free, I would not stay again.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The TV would not work. Called the front desk to have someone come and check the TV but no one came. The floors were dirty And was just overall bad quality Called back to talk with the manager, and she was extremely rude very demeaning and made it my fault that the quality of their rooms was so poor. Refused to give a refund because she said I should have checked out within 30 minutes of being there When I asked to speak with the general manager, she hung up On me. When I called back, she hung up on me again I was treated very poorly and absolutely will not return to this hotel, and I highly recommend that no one else stays or gives their money to this business You will not be treated as a guest you will be treated as an inconvenience I have nothing nice to say about this place at all.

Price is too high for what's offered but location and staff make up for it. Professional and accommodating as well as informative. Wi-Fi is a dumpster fire and vending is reasonably priced and offers a fair selection. On site coin laundry is also affordable and the change machine for bills does work and is always in service. The showers were mediocre at best with hot water being unpredictable though water pressure is a consistent win. Room had a draft that the wall AC/Heat unit could not compete with but the bed was warm and comfortable enough centered in front of a generously sized television

I checked in on Friday and paid for 2 weeks. Got my key cards and went to my room and opened the door. Went out for awhile and when I returned my key card didn't work. Turns out it wasn't the card but the lock instead. Either way I had to pry my window open to get into my room. I told the front desk and they said. These things happen. That just made me mad. Around 4pm someone fixed my door while I was away. Once again my key cards don't work. I walk down the 3 flights of steps cause they don't have an elevator. She rekeys my card and I return to my room. They still don't work. Finally after 3 trips to the office and a lot of unprofessional behavior from one lady in particular. I finally get in my room. 3 days down. 11 more til checkout and I will never check in here again. An apology for my inconvenience would of went a long way with me but I never got one.

If no stars was an option, they would be hella negative stars. Dead flys and nats inside a warm fridge. Roaches crawling up the wall, SWARMS of bedbugs on every mattress. Management said they couldn’t do anything and according to their workers they are ‘pretty sure’ bedbugs don’t spread…
Can’t forget to mention the fact that they admitted the room next door was occupied for months by someone who didn’t clean and they had to kick out the day before. They had pest control come spray the day before we stayed. Me and two other people staying with me are covered in bedbug bites. We had to leave at 3am to find a new hotel cuz ‘there’s nothing I can do until the manager gets here at 7am’ just for the manager to say ‘there’s nothing I can do til the owners get here tomorrow’ and blamed us!
Can’t forget that some doors didn’t lock, some were straight up busted and hanging off the door. They said it doesn’t matter cuz ‘they have security guards’… which I never saw of course

One of the rooms we paid the most for didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. We were standing out in front of our room and this guy walks up and offers us drugs. All you saw were people throwing other people's stuff out of the rooms or ladies running around all messed up on something in their underwear. It was not a good place or safe for kids. We will never be staying there again.

So I called the first night to make a reservation. I told her we wouldn't be there till super late at night she said I still had to make a reservation. Well. I called back to confirm and ask for a room number they tolde that they couldn't provide me with a room number. I called back two times after that. Well then today I call to cancel and they wanna charge 50 dollars. And they hung up on me 2 times!!!!! These people are disrespectful!!!!! I'm currently in the process of trying to get my money back that they don't Want to refund. Because they won't make money off my room. My question is what room when they wouldn't even give me a room number. This place is crap and doesn't deserve business.
