Paid for King Suite and got Kind standard, so we got charged more than what we should have. If they only had standard left when we checked in, adjust our bill, they didn't. No more Comfort Inn and Suites for us.

All of the towels were stained with multiple stains. Thank god I brought one or I would have been air drying. The shower head with extension would not stay in its holder so it fell off and almost hit me in the head. The bed was comfortable.

Room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good also. Will definitely come back!

Beds were comfortable, room clean and breakfast offerings fine. All good for the price and 15 minute walk to University of Louisville football stadium and 5 minute short drive to Churchill Downs.

The room was great. Plenty of room and very clean. Totally impressed by the room. The included breakfast was nice. The lobby/common area was less than impressive the hangout.

It was very nice but I did find a little critter in the stairs but other than that it was nice and the beds was really comfy

Overall very good. Staff were all very nice.
Beds were comfy.
Cons- upholstered chair in room had gross staining. There was a coffee or tea filter left in coffee maker ( this was never cleaned during my 5 night stay). Had to look through bath towels to find ones that werent stained

Great night
Very clean and good room. No problems here. Easy walk from bourbon and beyond and Kentucky kingdom. Nice receptionist. We didn’t need anything extra so can’t speak to that.

This is a 24/7 store and it has been closed on three different occasions middle of the night in the past 30 days. On the last occasion the girl on the drive through p.a had slurring speech as if drunk or high on drugs. BEWARE!!!
Day time service is slow and employees are always standing around talking instead of taking care of the customer.
Of course the sliders come in an open box. The problem here is that the person bagging/traying the food up NEVER has on gloves nor washes their hands after handling money. This is a big NO NO because they are touching the sandwiches when they stick their fingers inside the slider boxes to pick them up two at a time. Watch and see for yourself.
Employees act a bit short and can be rude.

Food was hot and well done. The drive thru guy was kinda bad but it turned out good. Very good food.

Okay it was 10 days before Thanksgiving and this place was playing Christmas music and I found that just a little grating on my nerves. If it been quieter but no it was almost full blast Christmas music. The staff was good though but the place was not clean or sanitary at the time of night that we stop by

Employees had a hard time taking order but did manage to get it correct. All of the employees except the one making the food (luckily)were horsing around and chasing each other around. Not professional.

Arby's offers something different and delicious for a fast food place. This particular location has the contemporary design with vaulted ceiling and multi level seating.
