Fabulous bar downstairs (dont miss Jerry Green & friends pkaying Jazz & Jeff makes a mean Washington Apple). Can't beat the free wifi, Breakfast and parking. Minutes from downtown yet 1/3 the cost!

Great stay! Great location! Very hospitable staff. This was our first trip and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t ask for a better pool area. Heated water as well as the ceiling heat is a great plus. Lifeguards were awesome with the kids. Met a few “regulars” during our stay and they were just as accommodating as the staff. Clean rooms with amenities as described.

Fantastic indoor pool and hot tub. Comfortable room with very large bed.
And on a Saturday night, the jazz club that's downstairs was packed and had live music. Overall had an awesome stay.

No microwave in room though. There was a fridge.

This is one of my fave hotels! The rooms are updated, featuring a comfy chair, cute decor and a convenient fridge. Staff is amazing and gives the best service. So friendly! The property is always spotless.

I like the old-school feel of these types of places, back in the day they knew how to design hotels better, I think. I feel like I am at a resort here, with the fantastic outdoor pool, the tennis courts and big trees everywhere on the property. There's also a bar, which is a plus. Location is also nice, close to a variety of restaurants and some shopping.

I am a local and stay here as a little get-away and I highly recommend. I had the best summer hanging out here.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Friendly staff greeted me as I passed them in the hallway, clean rooms, clean pool and amazing continental breakfast each morning. Thank you to the two amazing women who worked breakfast during our stay. Due to the steady number of guests eating breakfast these women had their work of restocking biscuits, eggs, milk etc. Front desk staff were all friendly accept an older gentleman who made me feel as if asking for an extra blanket was absurd. He responded to me if they had an extra one they would bring it to my room. One never came. I was a bit bothered by the lifeguard on duty each time we visited the pool. It didn't seem as if they enforced any rules. As children ran around me, and 10 year olds got into the hot tub despite the sign that indicated under 14 not permitted. The lifeguards were attentive however unassertive in enforcing excessive splashing and small children treading water in the swimming lap lanes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to this establishment for the affordable stay, clean room, and awesome breakfast!!

Dated, but comfortable. Despite having made an online reservation with a confirmation number, they could not find our reservation when we arrived. We eventually got a room of the correct type, but apparently someone had failed to manually transfer the online reservation to their actual reservation system, go figure. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hair dryer worked breifly, but after a scary noise and a flash of light from inside the plug, it stopped. The real MVP of the trip was the pool, which features an indoor section, an outdoor section, and a hot tub. The check in process for the pool area is a bit cumbersome, but the facilities are great. I feel like the price was fair, and I would stay again. But, a 5 star hotel it is not.

The location is great (right by the highway and close to restaurants/shopping). The rooms are a little dated, the bathroom is very small but the shower head and water pressure is fantastic and the water is hot. The corridors are almost unbearably hot, not sure why that is but you can barely breathe while getting to/from your room if you're not close to the entrance/exit. The outdoor pool is great, the indoor pool is good just too much chlorine and the hot tub could use a good cleaning. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. I'm not sure what to say about the service... the people here seem to do there jobs but there is no pleasantry, in fact they don't even make eye contact; it's weird. That's not exactly bad but in hospitality it seems expected. Haven't visited the restaurant/bar yet but our trip isn't over for a few days so I'm not sure if I can add to this later or not. Google pressured me for a review after only being here about 36 hours so this is what I have.

I didn't think this place was gonna be suitable for my family and I. I looked over reviews they were pretty good. So we decided to give it a try. Price was reasonable, room was decent, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice but closed slightly early. Jay checked us in and was professional, friendly and prompt. We plan to stay again in future.

Amazing experience! Beautiful place. Very welcoming from the time we got there too the time we left. All the king rooms were full so we were upgraded to the suite! Very clean and refreshing after a long haul. The pool was nice and clean and warm. Hot tub was nice and working. So many hotels have their hot tubs shut down for "maintenance" so we were happy to be able to relax for a bit. Good breakfast! Nice polite and happy to help staff. We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area. Thank you!

Location is convenient, right off the Watterson Expressway. The attendant at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Jerry Greens in the basement is always a great show.
