I cancelled my reservation. The key card door lock system was not working and a hotel perso had to unlock the door each and every time you had to get into your room. I didn’t want to have that inconvenience. So I cancelled .

Very clean, nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here. We’ll probably be back again.

The hostess Brandy did an excellent job checking me in and making sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel in general was dirty very inconvenient to get to the top floor and front desk staff when checking out was unhelpful.

Construction in the parking lot. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was very small. Customer service was good.

Hotel is under renovation and outdated. We were put in an 'updated' room which was still run down and outdated including the tub which seemed hazardous and slippery. The ice machines were out of order as well. We feel that it should have been stated that the hotel was under construction and not quite ready to be in service. Even as we drove in the landscaping was overgrown and unkept. Should be charging less for these accommodations.

Close to the highway. Had a nice pool and clean rooms. Liked the restraint & bar on site & Starbucks!!

The price was good for the location to shopping, restaurants, and MSU. There was also a bistro type place on site that served breakfast, lunch, sold Starbucks, and basics alcoholic beverages. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Airconditioner thermostat wasn't working. I had to keep turning the temperature down because the A/C wouldn't stay on.

The room had a terrible smell. After checking in I had to park behind the building. I wasn't able to check in until late, and as a female I didn't feel safe.
It was just an overnight stay so I just dealt with it.

Great Margaritas! The food is nothing fancy, your standard American Mexican...but everything was delicious. The staff was very warm and friendly.

The food was good, but the service was marginal. We came for lunch, and it was not very busy. Some of the problems: I was asked if I wanted to add sour cream to my order and I said yes, but it didn't come with the food. I had to go to the bar to ask for it again from our server, and I was finished eating before she brought it out. I ordered a queso dip as an appetizer and was asked if I wanted white or yellow. I asked what the difference was, and was told "one is white and one is yellow." The server asked if I wanted another soft drink when I was about empty. I said yes and received it, but was charged an additional $3.00 for it.

Just not what I'm used to.

The fajitas were good. Thats the nicest thing I can say. The server was terrible. Only refilled our drinks one time when she brought our meal. Our appetizer and empty glasses weren't cleared until we were finished with our supper. The table salsa tasted and looked store bought but they added fresh cut onions to it to make it seem more fresh. It was terrible.

Damn good mexican food. This place has been here forever and I've been coming since I was a kid. Just ate here for the first time in a long time in 2017, and it's still as good as I remember

My girlfriend and I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant and we came to La Senorita on the fly as we saw it while driving by. The server was really nice and personable, made the effort to get to know us and made the service really stand out. The food was great, I would really recommend the table side guacamole, It's amazing!

I like pancheros but I avoid this location because the staff isnt very welcoming and the food line is always trashed looking. I'll go to other locations but if I'm in my local area, I'll always pick Chipotle!

Always delicious! Think Qdoba or Chipolte with a 10x multiplier. Have never had a bad meal. Service is mostly good, on occasion not as friendly as they could be.

This location in particular. It was 30 mins to closing and they had their doors locked. They saw me outside and I waited and they looked at me waiting to leave. I didn't so they ended up unlocking the door and served me. I never write reviews but this had to be said. Terrible customer service. They made me feel like I shouldn't have come even though they were technically still open. The one in Okemos is better.

Pancheros is an excellent option for lunch. Love the chicken rice bowl! The staff is always pleasant, and greet you with a smile. Also be sure to use the app to get rewards!
