The staff are great. The woman supporting breakfast was so so welcoming. I just loved her. The hotel is a bit old. The room smelled like someone opened a pizza shop. Immediately my daughter began coughing due to her allergies. It was so so dusty. There was some unknown substance on the window curtains. It looks like it had been there a while.
Overall though we had a quick night so it was solid to sleep.

Great friendly staff, no problems. Solid place to stay with nice breakfast included. Staff makes extra effort to be friendly and responsive. Facilities are older, but clean sheets and towels. Can’t beat the value. Would stay here again.

Morning staff was miserable and seemed to hate herself and her job! Everything else was amazing

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay. The housekeeping wasn't impressive and kind of felt invasive. The beds weren't changed, just tossed covers over and even hid the TV remote control one night. Wish they would have a door tag to indicate if we needed anything but don't have those anymore.

Waited at the "Please Wait Here" sign for quite a while, as the staff chatted in the back room, visible right through the doorway and ignored me (then another guy). Finally just went in and helped myself, just to get a snarky "can I see your room key?" when she finally came out to check on the service area.
Food ws the typical free breakfast assortment... really watery eggs, stale bagels and muffins, and cereal... and really bad coffee (tasted burnt and too strong).

Because of Christmas, they said, would only be a bag breakfast. We were disappointed. I was a great stay otherwise. Pool was very warm and clean.

For the cost it was an excellent value. Room was clean, breakfast was decent, A/C worked well. Breakfast staff was very friendly. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Too much noise from the people that catch a bus right outside the lobby area. Cursing and loud. The room had a bad dank smell to it. The room was dated. The bath tub was not clean and had rust around the drain area.

The staff was very courteous. My room had a heavy chemical/cleaner smell to it. I turned on the bathroom fan to try to air it out. For the price of the room, I would have expected it to be in better condition. The bed was lumpy, stains on the sheets, and tv was very outdated. Luckily I only needed to stay for one night.
