We were visiting the area as a family of four for the first time. We had a great experience and everyone was nice. We were greeted by Victoria who was so kind. Everyday we were able to get fresh towels. It was very busy here this holiday weekend, but we loved our experience. I was not a fan of the breakfast selection, but I liked the hours they were open and it was clean. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great for a quick visit and easy access to get to almost everything!

When we arrived there was a sign ne back in 5 minutes. 1.5 hours later we find out the front desk person quit. Went to dinner. By then the BBQ places we were planning on going to closed. Had to eat at chili's. NOT the BBQ I wanted. Left name & # & was told I would be contected the next. Day. Nothing as of 3days later.

Reserved a king room 2 months ago, none available on arrival. No housekeeping services or clean towels unless requested the day before. Only 2 towels in a 2 queen bed room. Breakfast just OK.

Very helpful and pleasant manager, Jordon, after my first reservation at a different hotel, (covered in pot smoke), was cancelled free of charge - because the only available room was on the 4th Floor and the elevators were out. My husband had just been to the podiatrist that day. Back to the app - and this time I picked a stay date starting that night - which flipped in the app to starting the next night, leaving me without a place to stay and an extra night I didn't want. All was worked out very well, as soon as I called, the free breakfast was good enough to feature eggs and sausage with the traditional pancakes, the room was clean and quiet, the neighborhood was good, the dog fee didn't kill us, and a good review was well deserved.

Room, breakfast and location are all good. We stayed here three days for hidden valley ski, I don't regret the choice:)

Nothing went well, room smelled like smoke and and a Willie Nelson concert, only offered some spray. Hinge on the fridge cabinet door was broke and fell on my son, the shower looked disgusting and the towel racks were bent or broken. Will not recommend this nor will I ever stay at another one

This hotel is in need of some updating. The hinge was broken on the cabinet below the TV. The mattress should be replaced. Breakfast on our last day they were completely out of oatmeal and pancake batter. The water was left from the day before and no ice was added. Next time I will try a different hotel.
