Now that im out of this place, I can leave an honest review.. I'll keep it short... no empathy, the manager abuses her power and is borderline mentally ill. Eg: she recalls events that did not take place. I was going to multiple job interviews and before leaving i notified her... upon return, she sees me and she starts to say "no I saw you....." I look at her with immense confusion because for the past 1.5 hours I was at the STRAT undergoing an interview.
Furthermore
While I was moving my belongings out, they could not provide me with a kart because "it has stuff in it" according to the late night female desk associate.
The only employee that conducted themselves with class and compassion was the man of color. I spent well over a grand here and I feel robbed... steer far from this place.
A motel 5 minutes south called Desert Star may be in a rough area, but at least they show compassion, empathy and understanding and actually listens to their customers, not talk over them and yell at them.
Being a 25 year local, please believe i will never recommend this place to anyone within in vast network of friends and associates.

We reserved double rooms over the phone with Amanda, the rooms were to have two queen beds in them. When I arrived, the same Amanda who I booked the rooms with told me that "we don't have double rooms." She even went as far as to say "there is no way I would have let you book those rooms, because we don't even have rooms like that." This was very untrue as I booked double queen rooms over the phone and confirmed it with her verbally. They don't send confirmation emails, which should have been a red flag. She she gave me a confirmation # over the phone but I obviously didn't have anything to show her when I was checking in. She told me "I can just cancel your reservation and you can stay somewhere else" which doesn't help me at the time because there are no hotels available at the last minute on a weekend in Vegas. She offered me rooms with two twin beds in them, but this meant that I had to purchase additional rooms to accommodate the number of people in my group (traveling college sports team) and defeated the purpose of booking this cheaper hotel in the first place. TV in the room also had no sound. Uber driver also told us to be careful at night walking around the corner that the hotel is on, as it's not a great area.

This place is great¡! Great prices, great staff¡! Theyre really friendly! Free coffee for guests. Laundry room available.
Although the rooms are quaint, they come equipped with a small fridge & a microwave!¡ My ONLY complaint however is that the floors were bad/dirty when we arrived...
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to budget¡! ¡ ✌️😊

Writing a review only to highlight how amazing the front desk lady Misty was. Me and my friends were at a dead end with no available rooms in Vegas and she was quick to accommodate us and made sure we were well taken care of.
Place isn't a 5 star luxury but the service is amazing. And super close walking distance to Fremont!

The rooms are small but exactly what you need for Vegas who stays in their room anyway? Very quiet! Which is kind of impossible to achieve when you are downtown. Parking is good and free. Very close to the Fremont Street experience. What completely sold me about this place was the lady at the front desk. She was so nice and so accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if I need to drive through Vegas

Way, way overpriced. It was the cheapest hotel I could find without leaving Vegas or settling for a hostel. Had to park across the street. They didn't reimburse parking even though they guarantee free parking. Windows didn't open. Across the street from a greyhound bus station. On "bad side" of Freemont street. No coffee maker or fridge. Out of date television. Remote didn't even work. Bed sheets and cover had burn holes all through it. They were also very thin. I'm afraid I got pink eye from the pillow (note: you only get one per person) I used. Fremont is a close walk away, so that was cool. Honestly though, it's not worth it. I wouldn't stay here again.

Ew.
So disappointing.
Do. Not. Spend. Your. Money. Here. There’s only a dozen other sushi places you can go with better rolls, fresher fish, better customer service, etc.
If you’re really hungry and you’re at this location, you’re better off getting the wings at the hotel pool.

Honestly came here for happy hour but, this quality of food is embarrassing for the pricing. I stuck to the happy menu and was hugely disappointed. The sake bomb is a joke. $4 and you get a shot and a sip of beer. The karage chicken is cover with some sweet teriyaki like sauce that makes it too sweet and soggy. ( I've never had soggy karage) that's not karage lol. I guess they were going for some asaian fusion type of deal but..... And I'm not sure how you can get a crunch roll wrong but they managed to do that as well. It's literally a piece of shrimp with rice and no avocado or cucumber. They they put too much eel sauce to makes it too sweet.
I don't know who's running the show but I suggest a total menu over haul.

Worst dragon roll ever dont waste ur time ....

The sushi here is very basic and it is tasty, but I expected much bigger portions, as compared to other sushi restaurants for the price. The service was good and the waitress was friendly. The best part was the sake bombs, that are super cheap during happy hour.

Dont get any of the noodle soups, it is just ramen with bad pork. the sushi is being rationed out too so dont expect too much sushi either. Dont ecpect to get big portions and dont expect quality. This mediocrity would never fly in Dallas. The service was good which is the only redeeming factor.

The worst dinning experiences while in Las Vegas! We had a large group with dinner reservations at 8:30 pm. We arrived at 8:00 and asked if we could be sat a little early. I didn't think it would be a problem since I noticed two large tables available and about 1/3 of the restaurant empty. We sat at the bar and waited and waited. We checked in again around 8:20 and nope. Wasn't going to happen. We were sat at 8:29, at a table that was open the entire time we were waiting. We got water right away and someone took our drink orders. 20 minutes later our beverages arrived but our cocktails did not. 10 minutes after that, our cocktails arrived. When the bread was seved, we asked for butter. It took another 15 minutes for butter. To say the service was slow would be an understatement. When my Chicken Picata arrived the pasta and asparagus were cold and the chicken was barely warm. Myself and another person, who ordered Chicken Marsala, sent our food back to be warmed. Disappointed by the Hostess, Server and Food, at a restaurant we normally enjoy dinning at.

Excellent antipasti plate! The bread and dip are great too. Had I not been starving I would have stopped after the appetizers. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious. The meatballs were large and had great flavor. The rigatoni salsicca was bland - garlic cream sauce was lacking flavor and the sausage was boiled giving it an undesirable texture.
All said, the antipasti and meatballs are highly recommended! Be sure to get a table facing the outside/pathways as the people watching was fantastic!

I love the fact that I can order a handcrafted pizza, a freshly tossed Caesar salad and a Bellini for under $20.00 during happy hour. Where else are you going to get close to that value downtown? Nowhere.
Love the old world ambiance and classic white tablecloth dining in the restaurant area. Some tables have a view of the pool. A wonderful international wine list is available. A classic eatery that deserves your attention.

I love all the locations. They have the best Vegetarian Turkey subs. Plus all the locations are so nice to change the gloves , if you ask , so you food won't be made with gloves that made a meat sandwich.

Good sandwiches made quickly

The location sucks. The employees are incompetent. I would recommend this place learn about customer service because it completly lacks it. Also this chain is not a real capriottis. Sandwich making skills lack. Don't waste your time or money.
