La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham LV Tropicana Stadium in Las Vegas

Carpet on room was dirty, sheets on one bed had human hair, if you do not request room service they will not provide it. Pool was closed due to maintenance and chemicals, breakfast was limited to waffles and cereal and toast

Was expecting a decent hotel especially being so close to the *****. Once room was assigned my experience went downhill. Room was organized, carpet was really dirty sheets on one of beds seemed like it was not changed because it had body hair, wall was broken lampshades were dirty. One of the selling points was the indoor pool. But it was closed.

We bought family from Kansas and England. This was so embarrrassing.The rooms were dingy. When we walked in our rooms they smelt like sewers, literally. They said they had to treat them once a month. The furniture was in disrepair. The breakfast was non existent. I was shocked. I was really looking forward to staying here based on my past experiences with this hotel. When I complained to corporate they only offered me points. They should've refunded our stay. I would absolutely never stay there again. I've never written a review like this one.

Really the breakfast does not exist, broken equipments, just bread and coffe, you can choose, best option for less price, unfortunately I have never been in Las Vegas and I arrived late and next day I have to go to Los Angeles so I Stayed in the first hotel that I found it. But my people believe me don't waste your money.

Nasty place, don't waste your $! This place was remodeled years ago but now it's one of the worst places you could stay in Vegas. Dirty, no paint, stained ceilings, missing tiles, bad bed, no towels, pool and spa permanently down!

picked this hotel for the breakfast. long story short, slept 4 hours but woke up for breakfast, to realize they run out of everything. Nothing left (i showed up 45 minutes before finish time). They apologized and that´s it. Zero logistics, zero quality control.

They are rude and unhelpful. The "breakfast" was out of almost everything and god forbid you ask for butter. She never looked at me and started slamming drawers. When entering the building, which has no elevators the trashcans were constantly over-spilling. Don't even get me started on the double charge for the room...overall a horrible experience..

I booked a triple room with a view and spa tub. I was first given a room that matched my requests, however it was already in use. So upon telling the staff, I was switched to bottom floor room that was a studio style setup and no view. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, but I was told "No, either deal with it or checkout." The free breakfast is horrible and the flies are all around like waiters. The rooms are very over priced for the quality. There aren't any good views of Vegas or the Vegas *****.

I do understand I wasn’t getting the Ritz Carlton here, but I do expect a certain level of quality at any hotel and this one didn’t deliver at all! It is easier to just list the problems. Toilet - flapper broke so unless you pushed it down after every flush, it ran constantly. I’m sure it would have been fixed promptly if I mentioned it but wasn’t in the room much over 1 day before switching to another Hotel. Carpet was disgusting - hadn’t been vacuumed in a while Room stunk - mix of dog and cigarettes. Tv didn’t work - said no input but wouldn’t change. Boogers on wall, Hair on toilet seat and shower. Continental breakfast ridiculous - no syrup for waffles, no sign saying no syrup. Only had bananas, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt and mini muffins. Main areas had trash for multiple days - wouldn’t be hard to pick up trash but was there multiple days. Paint peeling - in room and common areas. Pool was closed - sign said “routine maintenance” but looked like it had been drained for months. Would have been nice to know before making reservations. There was a good thing though, I was able to get another better Hotel for my family the following day. Definitely will not stay here again!
