Stayed here last week and it was great! The staff was on point and gave excellent service. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the cleaning ladies...A+ service. Clean rooms and hot breakfast as well. We will stay here again next time that we visit Vegas.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and they always take care of me. I just used a ton of points to book rooms for 5 nights complimentary for me and some associates. 5 star service! The hotel is located next to the Las Vegas Exhibition Center and is also close to the airport. There is a hamburger restaurant opposite, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will stay here again when I come to the exhibition next time.

The room is big enough, clean and hygienic, with a gym and easy to find. If you open the window for ventilation, there is a small amount of odor from the nearby in and out restaurant.

Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone. The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.

It's a good hotel and quiet. Had a couple troubles with tv and a/c but the front desk attendant, Rosie went above and beyond and was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever cam across. She deserves a big raise! This hotel better do what they can to keep her!

Spent the night here recently for a quick Vegas trip to see Backstreet Boys. Usually we stay on the strip but we had spent a lot on the flights and tickets already so every $ saved was worth it. This location was about 15 minutes from the airport, very convenient. Upon arriving, which was very late, the person at the front desk was very nice. The following day, rain was very heavy. Water seeped through the window and flowed into that AC, concerned I called front desk. Maintenance placed a towel and never returned. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great.

Recent week spent at the Fairfield In Las Vegas Convention Center for SEMA / AAPEX Expos. We had a very good experience staying on this hotel. We are a family of a 7-yr old, a 1-yr old and an 82-yr old. We didn't have any issue. The service as well was great No complain at all.

Air conditioning was very loud Clean room. Staff were a little slow on check in since there was only one person there. Air conditioner worked really well but was very noisy. It woke me up every time it turned on. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport airliners so those also didn’t help with a good nights rest. The area is somewhat older with some homeless people around.

My stay at the hotel was great. It was just a short walk to Fremont Street and catching the deuce bus a street away. Friendly staff and it has nice club on the first level of the hotel if you want to have fun and games inside and outside . You can't hear the noise from the club in the rooms which was nice. The hotel is in a safe area and close to everything downtown and affordable.

Easy check out, reasonable price. Very closed to the Fremont Experience. It was a bit hard to find my room when I came back at night as the gate connected to the reception was closed. Also, I wish there was a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.

The hot breakfast items weren’t well-stocked. We waited about 30 minutes, but in the end, we weren’t able to eat. The fruit was also gone unless you got there very early.

Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in. However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also suitable for families. However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.

We picked this hotel for 1 night as we wanted to shop at South Premium Outlets and be near the airport. Overall staff was friendly but the breakfast staff did not speak any English nor smile.   The room’s carpet was damp, had a peculiar smell as you entered the room. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan and the hairdryer made quite a rackety noise. We will not be returning back to this hotel again.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is next to the outlet mall, which makes shopping very convenient! It is close to the airport and the car rental center. If you are traveling to Las Vegas, it is a very good choice.

This hotel does not have a resort fee. It is rare in the ****** area to find such one. It is old but worth the price. One thing to take note is that the surrounding area has live extreme loud music almost 24hours. If you are a light sleeper avoid. Other than that I like it. There are no other places you can find providing a cheap stay for a solo traveller.
