This is a nice property, especially for guests with kids. There were a few things I didn’t care for most notably the ambient noise level I heard at night. A humming noise coming from the indoor parking area. Probably caused by machines of some sort.
Also the parking spaces are narrow which when coupled with steel poles supporting the roof make it difficult to get in and out.

Didn’t like the fact that the bathrooms were very small and tight. No table & chairs to sit at and no refreshments area to get a bucket of ice.
You had too buy a bag of ice

There were no sheets/pillows or blankets for the pullout sofa bed and having to go look for some was inconvenient but everything else was nice. Especially the view from our balcony. I would stay again. The staff was great, very friendly. Loved the location.

I liked how the pool is in close proximity to the room, how the room is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and how comfortable the bed is. However, due to the terrible weather we couldn’t use the pool or enjoy the beach. Plus the vending machine only accepts cash.

Great place to stay! Very convenient for walking to the boardwalk. Rooms are clean. A couple of the lights/outlets didn’t work in our room but it wasn’t a huge deal, that would be my only “complaint”

The hotel, rooms and surrounding areas are very clean. The staff are super. They are courteous, Friendly and always willing to be helpful.

Fishing for good location
Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out at 10:00 am, also pool is closed by 6:00 pm, the mattress of the bed was a bit hard for us, we liked our breakfast at the cafe.

Just ok
This hotel needs some updating. The bathroom is dark and dingy. No handsoap to be found. The bodywash was 1oz tiny tube for 4 people. The sheets and blankets had stains on them. I paid 1300$ for 2 nights so I don’t think I’m asking for too much.

The overall property and our room was a bit dated and in need of updating. However the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. Given the price we paid, at the height of vacation season, we feel that the Crusader was a very good value and we were very pleased with our stay there.

Management was great! They were updating all the rooms when I was there. Rooms were very clean and it was a great location. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great view. Clean pool. Easy access to the beach. Parking was not great. But to be fair it was a July week, very busy.
AC in room was awesomely cold.
Clean beds. Shower has good water pressure.
The the kids and i had a great week there!!!

Honestly a great little place in Wildwood. Rooms were a good size and always clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The views from the beach side room was amazing! The diner downstairs serves breakfast and lunch and the food was great. Nice size pool and deck for chilling. Parking was fine, there is a small parking garage and parking outside. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.

Room was clean and location to beach was nice. Went for a 2 night, 3 day stay to enjoy beach and pool. On second day pool was closed almost the entire day and when we asked to stay at the pool on our departure day management was very rude and stated we were only allowed until 1, despite the fact that we paid nearly $300 a night for the hotel to use the beach AND pool and only got 2 hours at it the entire time we were there. Disappointed and will never return due to hospitality issues.

For 30 years i have been going to the Olympic with friends and family. I always felt like family when the previous owners were there. To my dismay, the new owner Mike was not only dismissive but completely ignored the issues we had by claiming “it’s an old fashion motel”. We paid $1500 (Can) for 4 nights. The air conditioner was ridiculous, the door lock and deadbolt wouldn’t stop anyone from getting into the room. The safe was locked and they couldn’t use it. Internet was spotty at best. Bed squeaked. Floors always felt dirty. There was no remote for the tv. The housekeepers changed my bed sheets and put some that were stained. It was horrible. I wanted to leave but couldn’t get a refund.
This was the worst place I have EVER stayed at. This Review is for the motel and not the Diner which is still being run by the previous owners.
