The location was close to the beach. Vacationers were very nice. Family oriented. It was very clean. House keepers very sweet. It needs updating. Towels are rough not soft. Blankets need to be updated they are paper thin and pillows are horrible. 3rd floor was rough stairs are very tough carrying your belongings. You get what u pay for.

Went to re-visit a memory from 25yrs ago. Opened the door to a room that had not been updated since 1997! NOTHING!
FILTHY carpet, the same kitchenette, accessories & furniture. Includes a crusty bathtub that leaves you ankle deep in soapy shower water. All this for $645 for 3 nights.

It's just an average hotel. They have a pool and a grill which is cool, but everything else was average. It was very close to the beach though. I saw a lot of people angry and leaving which makes me feel suspicious that something is going on. Besides that I had a good stay.

Great pool very clean we stayed room 20 $169.00 night maid did good job keeping room clean the only thing I don't like Iis rugs good place for family my husband like no music at. Pool or outside the. room not bad. For the price

Steve and crew makes you feel like home. The team really works on making your stay a pleasant experience.
Here's what we saw.
The cleaning, impecable. There is a cleaning lady you can see collecting any trash even at the parking since early in the morning.
Room experience.
Bed sheets are clean, as well as the towels at the shower. The rooms are well maintained.
Location.
One block away from beach. 1 mi away from the main boardwalk attractions. You have some ocean view from upper floors.
Overall.
Silence, tranquility is enforced. They do not allow any music in the rooms, so is perfect to really relax, rest, get good sleep at night (hard to find at other places in the area). Another plus: Is smoking free environment. Nature wise.
Seagulls come to spend some time with us at the pool, which by the way is, of course, impecable clean, clear.
Thank you guys for making us have a relaxing experience at Viking Motel!
