Very clean, well maintained motel

We stayed overnight in Room 114 which has a king size bed. The room was very clean and mattress was new and covered with a mattress protector. Room had a good size refrigerator, television with cable, and coffee maker and microwave. Everything appeared updated. Bathroom was very neat and clean, though not fancy at all. Water pressure was very good and water was hot. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed relaxing by it. They have umbrellas and lounge chairs for use.

We paid $80 with tax and I was very surprised by how clean and neat the whole complex was. We were in the area for a dance competition and decided to stay over last minute. I was very worried this would be a dive, but actually we will return next year if we come back to this competition. It's very close to Performing Arts center and there are many stores and restaurants in the area. There is noise from the road when at the pool, but we didn't hear it in the room. There were 5 other rooms occupied out of 16 rooms. Not sure what it's like at full capacity. There are two mini golf places nearby if people are staying here and going to beach and zoo is within 20 min drive.

Two drawbacks: the AC unit is right next to bed but works well. You can adjust the vent so it's not right at the bed level. As one reviewer mentioned, there's no blanket just sheets. I planned ahead and brought our own blankets, but this should be a standard in all the rooms. They can give them out at check in if concerned they'll get stolen, but anytime you have wall A.C. units you should provide blankets. Not many people like sleeping with the top spread provided by hotels. Towels are small and only give 2 for the room.

I didn't see it as a big deal to bring extra towels for pool and shower or extra blankets as I like my own things. But I think improving these two things--towels and blankets would bring my review to a 5.

A great little hotel, very clean, 9' pool, friendly owner. A tad expensive, but worth it for proximity to Cape May.

Good value, rooms were clean. The ac unit was a little loud and the TV barely gets any channels (doesn't get travel Channel or ESPN???) area is quiet and there is plenty of parking. Wifi signal is decent.

Very nice and welcoming service. Check in was a breeze. The room smelled very fresh and was nice and cold. King bed was great fresh sheets and pillows was awesome. Big bathroom with a great shower, bathroom was clean with plenty off white towels and wash clothes. I had a four day stay and room was vacuumed twice and trashed emptied which was great. A nice fridge bigger then a mini fridge. Both TVs work fine with plenty of channels. All in all a great place just 10min from the wildwood boardwalk. Simple rout back to hotel. Was down the block which was convenience at it's best for the price. No complaints at all.
