The rooms were nice and big . Rooms were clean but outside the rooms , the staircase , the elevator was dirty.

I had one night and everything was fine. Front desk Nick was pleasant upon arrival. The pool while cold was clean as was the room. Parking easily located near room and free self parking.

Stayed two nights over the span of four days, in two different rooms. The first was MUCH cleaner with fresh sheets/towels, touchable surfaces, and a clean bathroom. The second room had people and pet hair on the sheets and towels, and the fridge didn't work very well. The property was covered in trash but mostly quiet and all the lights were working.

Property is disgusting. Trash everywhere. Burns in the linens. No breakfast! I should demand a refund for that alone.

This was just an ok hotel experience, and I didn't really expect anymore more or less for the price. The property was easy to find, and the staff I encountered were friendly. The option to check in and out online made everything much quicker at the hotel. The hotel is located very close to the Santa Fe Place mall (you could walk), a Target, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, and other activities. The room itself was clean but clearly older and a bit rundown. The breakfast offered in the lobby was standard fare (eggs, sausage, bagels and waffles, coffee, etc) but plentiful. The space was quiet despite being quite busy with tour companies and it being a holiday weekend. Overall, it was a decent stay for a low price that I snagged last minute, and it got the job done.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was the worst. Walls dirty couches FILTHY, the room was NOT welcoming at all. One thing is having outdated furniture but having unpleasantly dirty furniture is really something else. Our whole stay felt very uncomfortable we didn't sit on the couches it just flet gross, even my kids felt uncomfortable and didn't want to touch anything. I also had to clorox wipe the doors and the light switches because they were nasty. I paid $200 for a night that I extremely regret. Furniture needs to be removed there is no way you're keeping that furniture any longer, couches are ready to be trashed!! The bed was comfortable but definitely did not sleep good because our room was very unpleasant.

I chose this hotel to be Pet Friendly. It did have spots for the pets to use the “bathroom”… however, not a fenced area. My complaint is that my dog is registered as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and the desk clerk said they only waive fees for service dogs. In a year and a half that I have traveled, this is the first hotel where they were not waived. Not good customer service in my opinion.

This is not a good hotel. It is very rundown. The door to our room looked like someone had tried to kick it in at the bottom and you could see daylight along the side of the door. The deadbolt lock did not work either so we wedged a chair against the door on the inside just to feel relatively safe. The bathtub had cracks all around the caulk and the pillows were way too stiff for our tastes. I usually love La Quinta hotels but we would never stay in this particular one again.

Nice quiet accommodating motel. Been here before and will definitely stay here again. Worth the time and money to stay at a good place ,this property is a good place . 👍👍
