Moved from original room because TV and house phone did not work. Second room - woke up the next morning with bites on my face arms and hands. Staff declines to help me in resolving the situation. Had to contact the registered agent and then was given credit on my account for the stay. Did not appreciate the insensitivity of the staff. I had to go to urgent care for prescription and when I returned home a doctor visit with more medication.
The staff would not provide me with the exterminator report or the hotel policy stating I would not be allowed to reviewed the report.
Ramada is off my list and friends and family have been aware of our dissatisfaction.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It was a basic continental offering with a slice of pizza.
The desk furniture in our room was older and somewhat chipped. I think it’s time for some refurbishment.
The bed was comfy. The bathroom was updated. The room had a smell of stale cigarettes. Nice staff.
