This place was a disaster! Attached are pictures of the room. First thing this is an electrical hazard! The place needs renovations big time! The ceilings are falling apart, the walls and floors need repairs, the bathroom door needs to be replaced, there is no toilet paper holder, no remote for the television, no place to hang clothes and much more! For $ 475 a night this was a rip off!!!! . I was totally scammed with the description of this place. I understand the cost of a place to stay closer to the car show is more expensive, but this totally unacceptable! I think I should receive at least a 50% refund. Kathleen Wilson

The bathroom was terrible, mirror wasn’t even mounted on the wall, no washcloths, no vending machines or water available. For the price we paid , they could have at least had a continental breakfast or something. It’s like they put lipstick on a pig, holes in the wall , very old furniture. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The only plus is that it’s a close walk to the lake

The staff was very friendly. Wifi was reliable. The lake beach was a short walk. The bathroom had some mildew along the molding. And there were a couple of webs in the corners of the room.

Owners are most accommodating, Wonderful to see two young men who are courteous and respectful working hard and truly caring about their property and guests. Their mama’s did well !!!!. We will be back

I would never stay here again. Floor and ceiling falling apart not even a wash cloth. They should.of paid me to stay there.

Avoid at all cost They give the same key code to all customer. A stranger entered my room at 11h pm. Not able to talk with the owner. We were not safe. We left the next morning. They did not reimburse the remaining of the stay. The owner did not respond to our calls nor emails.

I was shocked at the cost of this motel at $200 a night and for what we got. There was no clock or washcloths in the room. No ice machine any where on the property and the room was mediocre at best and not as pictured. The beds were squeaky and noisy if you rolled over on them.. Large dead plants welcomed us outside our room. The insulation was so poor that you could hear people talking and in the morning we were awokend by the sound of children running and crying overhead. I would rate this motel as very poor for the price charged. The only good feature was it was clean with no visible bugs.

Second season staying here and it was great again. Owners are so friendly and really care. They’re constantly working on updating and refurbishing. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, my room was super clean, the water pressure is amazing, and you can walk anywhere from the motel. Can’t wait to go back next year!

If I could give a zero stars I would. Our stay at the end of June was cut short due to a massive party in the parking lot, feet from our room door with loud music, underage drinking and rowdy people. Called police who showed up and escorted us off the property as my wife and I did NOT feel safe staying here. Owners, Connor and Derek apologized and said via text messages that they were sorry and they "would make it right" by removing 1 night stay from our bill and giving us a free future stay (which is a hard NO). They never followed thru on their promises. Now, neither will return calls or texts. DO NOT Stay at this motel if you want a good Lake George experience.

Great motel, and owners were top notch. Literally couldn’t be nicer and helpful, and really care about the motel and updates they’re doing. If you’re on a cross country motorcycle trip like us, this is the place to stay, if you’re a family with young kids and want to be walking distance to everything and in a safe location, this is the place to stay.
