The Parc Hotel in Queens

I absolutely loved staying at The Parc Hotel. The experience was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I will surely come again.

A special thanks to the reception staff—Shen was amazing and made the check-in process very smooth and welcoming. He also helped us with a great parking space, which made everything even easier.

I had a fantastic experience at the Parc Hotel due to your amazing colleagues who truly care. Jerry at the front desk helped me at check in and was very genuine. I appreciated his pride in doing great work and giving good customer service. I had a great room with a good view, I just an issue with my TV not working properly. Jerry immediately connected me to Joseph who came to my room and tried his best to solve the issue. Joseph is another wonderful colleague you have at the Parc hotel and he works in housekeeping. He made small talk with me and when the issue persisted he notified Jerry at the front desk. I enjoyed our interaction and thought Joseph was great. Jerry then notified Chuck to come check out my room and he also tried to see the issue. Since Chuck saw the TV was not working he worked with Jerry to come up with a solution. I had planned this trip for my partner’s birthday and I wanted to stay on a high floor. I did not mention to this Chuck or Jerry but regardless they offered me a room upgrade to an even higher floor(11th floor, originally on 10th floor). I was enthusiastic when I saw my new room which was an executive bedroom with a suite. It was perfect for our stay and I definitely will book a room of that type in the future. Jerry, Joseph, and Chuck were the highlight of my stay and treated me great. I hope to see all three when I come back!!

Everything was great. The front desk offered Chinese-speaking service, which was a nice touch. The room had an amazing view. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. We stayed for 7 days, and the congee was only hot on two of those days. But with Chinatown right next door, we could always sort ourselves out!

Good location - many eateries, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Subway 7 is straight line walking distance.
Breakfast - plain porridge with pickles, bread, pastries, DIY waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruits and also hot and cold beverages. We enjoyed the food.
Service - friendly staff especially the aunty-in-charge of breakfast.
Hotel room - clean and neat. Bed was comfortable with clean bedding. Only eyesore thing is the few broken floor tiles around the centre in the toilet  (looked old broken tiles)and not sure why no repair.
