Spacious room for our short stay. Extremely convenient for travellers departing the city from La Guardia like us. On the downside, we would have expected a better service in a four-star hotel. The receptionist was not very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping misunderstood my request for tissue to fill the up the empty tissue box and brought me toilet papers instead. No slippers were provided and the bottled water provided in the room was chargeable. These shortcomings leave quite a bit to be desired.

This hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful hotel with friendly service. I would definitely stay there again. However, the parking garage is not attached and can only be accessed from the lobby. Otherwise, definitely a great place to stay.

Great hotel, right across from the airport! Clean facilities! Tidy room! Excellent service! Shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport after 4:00 AM! Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel many times. Whenever I fly into LaGuardia, this is my go-to place. The free shuttle service is really convenient, and the staff, including the shuttle drivers, are all very friendly and helpful with luggage (remember to tip!). The shuttle is always on time, and the front desk staff, mostly African American, are consistently pleasant. It feels like a standard four-star hotel, with a large swimming pool and a gym, though I'm always too rushed to use them. While there's no microwave in the rooms, there's a communal one on every floor, which is very handy. The prices on Trip.com don't include breakfast, so I can't comment on that, and I always have early morning flights, so even if there was breakfast, I wouldn't have time to eat it.

A very nice place for taking early flight. 5 min. To terminals by hotel shuttle buses with every 20 min. A bus.

Big, clean hotel with a bar and restaurants open until late. It’s perfect for travellers, and there’s a small minimart where you can buy food and snacks. I love this hotel — highly recommended!

Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice.

Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)!

We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional!
