I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were really helpful and courteous. Especially Jasmine During our check in she made the process so easy from when we walked in the lobby , she welcomed us with a warm smile .she told us how to get around the area and even the city . Which was extremely helpful . Best hospitality I received so far The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

Although I rarely write reviews, my experience at your hotel compelled me to share my thoughts. Jasmine at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, making her a standout staff member. I stumbled upon a hotel nearby that was staffed by the grumpiest person alive and a masterclass in terrible hospitality, this your hotel was like a tropical paradise by comparison. I would confidently recommend to both family and company.

A late arrival turned into a great check in experience. I was able to get into a nice clean room on a high floor, just as I requested.

Dewayne at the front desk was awesome and very personable. Shazeeda was kind and helpful as well.

They gave me precise information on local transportation. Great stay overall. 10/10

With all due respect to the other reviewers, our experience at the Radisson was great. Yes, it is under construction, but they have done a good job keeping the lobby clean. There were no "shady" people lurking inside or outside, and no smell of Marijuana. The room was clean and very nice, hot water and awesome water pressure. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The shuttle was prompt. Thanks Choice Hotels for another great experience!

The room was awesome the front staff were amazing same with a gentleman that was working he took really good care of my husband and I coming back from vacation he upgraded our room for free. His name stayed with a J he was super friendly and attentive to catering to my needs or answering my questions. They even paid for my taxi to airport as on Sundays the shuttle doesn't run. Only down fall is not about of good food is delivered to that area.

It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! Ashana, Latoya, Ron, Lee, and Chris are an outstanding crew of employees exemplifying superior customer service!! The staff as a whole went above and beyond to assist and guide me through the city. From their daily pleasantries, smiles, welcoming behavior, detailed directions and honest recommendations to continual check-ins of my satisfaction during my hotel stay. I felt comfortable, safe and welcomed. They are genuine and it shows. Beautiful staff inside and out to represent and be the face of this hotel. These employees are an excellent hiring pick!! Even the shuttle driver was so hospitable!!!! Gave me tips when traveling around the city. The rooms are of average expectancy. It could use a little face lift but honestly I have no complaints. Clean. Quiet. Everything works. Yes, I recommend this place; even if only for the customer service!
