Hotels with pool in Charlotte

It's very close to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and the school has a jogging track. The hotel facilities are also very new and clean. I always think Holiday Inn is excellent in the same price range.

I had a very good stay at this hotel — it was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I want to give a special thanks to Alyssa at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of

While everything was generally great, construction still on going!

I stay at Holiday inns a lot in this room did not have any of the normal amenities like an in room Keurig coffee maker, no microwave,or the shampoo, conditioner, or Body wash like most Holiday Inn Properties, plus they do not have a laundry here

The elevators are slow and only one was working. I would assume that most of these issues will be taken care of once the remodel is done but I would definitely make that phone call first

Staff were wonderful, food was great, only 2 small imperfections, no doggie bags at the animal rest station, and the patio would have been so welcoming if the chairs were organized and the ashtrays emptied, the devil is in the details

The room was very clean. Plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Easy check-in, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Hotel could use a little refreshing in the rooms but definitely not a deal breaker. Would absolutely stay here again.

fill the whirlpool tib I let it run for a few minutes and it cleared up, but I did not have a good feeling about using it

The room was clean. The atmosphere was a good atmosphere and the young man at the desk was more than helpful.

When he came down, it took forever to get our food - 40 minutes! And we were the only people in the restaurant who had ordered anything. So to make french toast and an omelet took 40 minutes

The staff is very friendly and professional. Close to the airport and they have shuttle on site. When ever I come to Charlotte it's my first choice. Plenty of restaurants near by to choose from

Staff couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. Even the lady in charge of breakfast was awesome. Didn’t meet the manager but the kindness given me over my husband’s crisis at the hospital shows how awesome they r there

good enough for a short term overnight budget stay

When we turn the heat on it smelled like something was burning we asked for more towels and they gave us 2 small pool towels the hallways had a mildew smell to it but other than that it was fine

This location is also convenient to downtown where we had a good time. Definitely coming back here every time we visit Charlotte. Only bad thing is the breakfast in our opinion but overall great place to stay

The room was not cleaned my last night there. I returned at 9:15 that evening and found the room had not been touched. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels.

I stayed here on April 9th through 10th, 2025. The staff was exceedingly friendly in a beautiful hotel. Mary and Zane made excellent breakfasts, and Zane was very personable at the bar

Security head was at the front desk when we were checking in, asked him about it and he said it should be fine as there are not really any issues around that area. Rooms are awesome, staff is fantastic

The building, the room, and the facility are very clean and fresh. We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here for an event at the amphitheater. It was a great walking distance for the concert. The staff was fantastic, and the hotel was wonderful. Very clean and nice.

The location is very good and the surrounding is very quiet. There are few breakfast options and only one Starbucks. The room size is okay.

Lastly, many thanks to the gentleman who managed the breakfast area! He always provided a clean, well-stocked breakfast area, and prepared a delicious hot breakfast for all hotel guests to enjoy (sorry, I didn't get his name)

Staff were welcoming and personable. Room was clean but dated and could have used new carpet, repainting of interior rooms. Everything was functional, beds comfortable.

It seemed clean and spacious until my husband went to dry off after a shower (excellent water pressure) and the towel has feces stains on it. Immediately they got us two fresh towels. The little coffee pot did not work

I really appreciated him volunteering to melt the butter for my waffles, too (after all, what's a waffle without butter)! :) Most of all, thanks to all of you for the personal and professional qualities that owners, like myself, and other guests expect—genuine friendliness and a very caring disposition

The room was great, it was clean, a clean smell which is always good. Everything was in place and customer service was wonderful and answered any questions we had.

The staff was helpful with our wedding about breakfast and even have us an extra breakfast coupon for Grandma & Grandpa who were traveling with us. The breakfast food in the Bistro was very yummy too

Great location and friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is near all of the amenities that South Park offers. The beds are what you expect from Marriott standards along with the cleanliness.

Aria’s baptism Food options are not good, everything is microwaved , there are many very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, bed comfort is good

Hidden fridge Great hotel, great location, friendly staff, very cool rooms. Had to hunt a little for the fridge but found it.

Able to park your car free in the lot or garage and ride share or drive wherever you want. Convenient and safe feeling environment. Only thing I could add if I’m really trying f would be the bathroom being a bit dated

The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The lights in the room were way too bright. More like outdoor lights. The mattress was not of good quality and was not very comfortable

The Staff provided excellent customer service. Sleep Inn does need to work on the internet for their smart tvs. I had to use my own Verizon Hotspot in order to for the smart tv in my room to work

The staff is great and hospitable the rooms are clean and bug free, yea its a little vintage but that what makes it a great stay. My family and I was comfortable there. For the price you pay its worth the buck

The surrounding of the hotel is in a good Location 3 to 5mins From downtown. The house keeping where the best great time free parking huge rooms you get a lot for your buck and safe Location!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed some good fun in Charlotte and slept like babies. I must add on it was quiet day and night there as well. They also have a ghost story spooky or cool ? I found that quite interesting

Other note I have read some bad reviews about the place and was a little uneasy at first about reserving a room. Once I got there those feelings and thoughts completely left

The Elvis Presley also rented out the entire 8th floor multiple times when he visited the city and those rooms are also available to the public, I know how cool is that!

It's very outdoors; so make sure you have 4WD to make it up the hill. We really didn't know how to work the thermometer in the room for heat but it was fine

We stayed in the oldest cabin our first trip which was phenomenal and really did not leave the resort because everything from the beach and fishing was right there in walking distance this time we tried a different cabin which was cabin 4 and it left us waiting to come again even though it was not as spacious as the last one it was quite cosy and had beach view from our windows

The gym was clean the pool inside outside a little small but great for kids. All interactions with staff was met with a smile no matter what time Day or night I also saw some dogs to All in All its a place to be

I rate this Inn a 5 star average. Rooms were nice, staff were nice and knowledgeable. Although, someone else name was on the welcome home paper on the bed. But I assumed the room was probably reserved for someone else

It does stop there in the evening they have a snack this isnt a snack its a full meal from soup to entree. Everything to make a meal over by 7 but if you have kids its perfect and you get 2 adult drinks per night

They compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years

Great place to stay Christmas week when visiting family. Love that we can take our pups! Clean, nice staff, breakfast is good but we do not care for the coffee. Disappointed the hot tub was down

Don't like the doors for the washroom/showeroom. Something not right about the elevators, take too long to arrive. I would like to see Breakfast be served until 10am or 11am.

Very close to nearby restaurants and Harris Teeters is right across the street. About 18 minutes from Uptown with light traffic. Heavy traffic took about 25 minutes to get there. Would stay again if ever in the area

a room key might work one day, but not the next (or even later the same day). I put up with it for 3 weeks (recurring work assignment), & then changed hotels, as there appeared to be no end in sight

It was perfect in every way: close to the airport, with friendly and HELPFUL staff, spacious and comfortable room with every amenity you could desire (lounge area, kitchenette, comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom), pet friendly, quiet, clean, updated, did I mention- affordable! and offering a varied and delicious breakfast in the morning

Although they are clearly upgrading the hotel and there is construction going, the lady at the front desk was very nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great.

I had a later flight and he allowed us a late checkout at no charge. The shuttle service was also really good and the drivers were super friendly while taking us on multiple trips
