Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable and the location to the Bank of America Stadium was very convenient.
The hotel itself along with the staff were both fantastic but unfortunately I did not get the room I reserved and paid for (corner room) and was charged for a corner room
The en suite bathroom to use an update. However, everything was nice clean convenient in every staff member was friendly. I would stay here again.
The room was great and the little amenities like the roll on essential roll was lovely. The parking situation is a challenge because the structure is super tight and confusing but whatever. It’s more in a central business district type location so it’s not walkable to a ton of local spots but renting a scooter made all the difference. Easy to walk to the Whole Foods which is great. Would stay again...
This is a beautiful property with a friendly informative staff, luxurious bedding and amenities. It is centrally located in downtown Charlotte, about 15 minutes or less from the airport.
I have stayed here four or five times. Thank you very much to the service staff.

Went to panthers game, great location, short walk to stadium, staff very friendly, room clean, carpet a bit worn in halls but no big deal, bed, sheets and pillow were great, good eats walking distance, will stay there again.
Excellent experience. Gavin on the vehicle/concierge team did a great job getting my vehicle retrieved quickly and professionally.
Gavin was neatly dressed and oh so very friendly and helpful. Smies are very important to me, and he was full of smiles! Thank you so much Gavin
The guys at the valet were top tier! I was only here for a work event for the day, but I always look forward to visiting. Gavin was especially helpful
Gavin and his valet team were very courteous and professional! I had a mini meltdown when I went into the tunnel to park on Monday afternoon, because of the tightness and ceilings, but I got the attention of the valet attendant and he came to my rescue with great understanding!
Gavin with valet was INCREDIBLE! Valet made parking a breeze. The hotel was wonderful and the perfect venue for the symposium. The food and staff were great as well. The beds were cozy and rooms were spacious. Bathroom was also great. Enjoyed everything.

Jaylen was a great guy from the car to the room. Rooms very nice and clean. Wife love the lights. Rooftop bar….. love the open space. Thanks for making our stay awesome.
Jaylen in valet was awesome! Thanks for the great convo and help. Late check out was great also. I appreciate the hospitality Thanks
Had a great experience at the hotel. Jaylen at the valet/bellhop desk up front was super friendly and welcoming! Would recommend for people traveling to Charlotte.
Was a late checkin but the service was GREAT from the front desk staff. Very courteous and expeditious to get us situated close to 1am! Thanks a lot to Bianca and Hayes for teamming up and getting myself comfortable quickly.
This hotel was great for a business stay and centrally-located in a walkable area. I loved the giant picture frame window in my room that provided gorgeous sunset views.
Great stay everything was nice & clean! Very comfortable! Major S/O to Vann Dzurik-valet for going above and beyond for us helping in every way possible!! We had a great weekend enjoyed the walk the city view! Requested high floor and was accommodated with no questions!

This is a nice hotel and located close to a lot of downtown restaurants. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. There is a parking fee added to your room for each night, but valet parking is also available. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that every time we walked out the doors we were bombarded by homeless people asking for money. Management...
I came last weekend for my cousins wedding.,The hotel is in a good location and the staff was nice and the wedding was on the top floor. The van driver Marlow took us to the park so we could take pictures...It was last minute on our part but he was on it and got us there quick...we was running late but before we could call back for pickup he was already there waiting. It was super hot and when we got...
Friendly staff, very clean hotel overall. Stayed for a night while visiting from out of town. Hotel was really easy to find and walking distance to restraunts, bars, shopping and both trains. Roof top pool and hot tub offer a chance to relax amongst the skyscrapers of uptown Charlotte. Rooms were decent sized, beds are super comfortable and check in process was a breeze.
Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Only complaints would be the parking situation (you have to walk a bit unless you get valet), the lack of fan in the bathroom, and the lack of a complementary breakfast. Overall, these "issues" don't deserve a star less. So impressed with the staff, room cleanliness, and location. I guarantee we will be back. Bartenders at the hotel bar are fantastic as well. Pool has...
The staff were polite but very personable. They made us feel comfortable and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was situated right in the heart of the city so it was easy to walk to a lot of different hotspots. That being said it can also be a little noisy on Saturday night but nothing you can't sleep through.
Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The staff was amazing- JJ, Luke, and the other front desk staff went over and above when we arrived to find their pool closed (and had 2 very disappointed kids). JJ found another close hotel with an open pool, arranged for us to be able to use it, provided transportation there and picked us up when our kids were done swimming. Luke gave us a...
It was less than 2 blocks from the location that I was visiting and so I did not need to rent a car. Additionally, it is very close to great restaurants. Everything was clean and I did not require anything additional. Iron with ironing board, hair dryer, good quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a security box if needed. I needed to print some material at the hotel and they printed it for me...

I had such a wonderful experience staying at the Kimpton Uptown after a long and stressful day. The staff — Andre, Rece, Kaylin Cumberbatch, and the security guard on duty — were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. The security guard even asked to pray with me and my mom, which was one of the kindest gestures I’ve ever experienced while traveling, especially since I was on my way home for...
We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton!! Our valet guy Dra was very polite and took very good care of our vehicle. He was a breath of fresh air. I wish him well in his future endeavors.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. Made our stay in Charlotte fantastic!
Checking in at Kimpton Tryon Park was a pleasure thanks to Tia, who was effortlessly juggling the front desk, check-ins, and calls when we arrived close to 6 p.m. She greeted us with genuine warmth and listened carefully to our request, going above and beyond to ensure our room exceeded expectations. What we hadn’t anticipated was just how stunning it would be to overlook Tryon Park—a view that felt...
My sister took me to CLT for a quick girls’ trip to celebrate my birthday. The Kimpton (Tryon Park) was AMAZING! Loved the room and the staff! What an absolutely perfect place to stay for my Savannah Bananas weekend in Charlotte! Second time in two weeks rooms are very clean. The maid staff does an amazing job.
Enjoyed it great professional experience. The food was delicious, friendly staff and made the stay memorable. Appreciated their efforts in making the room more personal
The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly especially Abby!!
This hotel is always impeccably clean and comfortable. In a great location. And Abby who works the AC Kitchen during breakfast is one of the most thoughtful and attentive servers I’ve ever experienced.
Good location, service meeting expectations. Standard room equipment. Nice rooftop bar. Decent gym with good equipment, can get busy around 6.30/7.00 am.
Great stay. I arrived late (09:30pm) and had staff ready to check me in at the reception. The hotel is very modern and clean, and room is very spacious. In the room, they have a central AC thing that was a little noisy, and they sent the engineer right away to cover it and it fixed my issue right away. Canopy is a nice hotel in a trendy area of South Park. It’s comfy, quiet, beds are nice. On site restaurant/bar is good. Coffee shop is good. Staff excellent. My only downsides are parking is tight in the deck under the hotel and there’s not much street parking. And I wouldn’t normally critique this but this is the second time I visited and the TV had LEDs out destorting the picture. I just watched...
Restaurant menu very minimal. Hotel staff constantly fighting with each other in front of guests. Parking is a tiny garage under the hotel with only a single lane entrance/exit. Room was very nice and room was cleaned everyday but the coffee supplies were not replenished daily.
My stay at Canopy Hilton was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Michelle. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Her warm welcome, attentiveness to detail, and willingness to assist with any request truly made my experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, but...
This hotel looked nice online and the reviews were positive overall, but I really have to disagree. The rooms were cheaply decorated with an attempt to make a modern look but the sliding plywood “barn” door was broken, which left little privacy to change, the bathroom was very small which made things awkward, and the rug was covered in various stains…and I mean covered. The staff were pretty uninterested...

We absolutely loved this hotel! We came to celebrate my husbands birthday since it was close to Chima Steakhouse. Self parking in an extremely tight and limited parking garage shared with the Hampton Inn at a cost of $35. Extremely limited to no handicap parking and nothing suitable for a mobility vehicle. Hotel staff is outstanding except the bar/restaurant which is severely mismanaged. Menu is limited and service is limited to the single bar tender. Hotel would be a 5 star as the parking situation is beyond...
Hilton Garden in downtown Charlotte has been pleasantly updated. Onsite parking is plentiful here with a parking deck that adjoins the Hampton and an apartment building making it easy to come and go. Rooms are nice. I think the pool and gym disappeared with the remodel and no onsite restaurant from breakfast until 5p. Like everywhere downtown it can be loud with ambulances and cars at night but...
From check in to check out, I had a great experience. Ebony checked me in and was very helpful. Gary at the bar was also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was central to the stadium and downtown. Can’t wait to come back for football season.
We were surprised when we arrived and found we had a suite. It was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of Charlotte from the windows. The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant served good food but was a little pricey. Still a good place to stay. Also within walking distance of other restaurants and attractions.
We stayed here last night while attending the Metallica concert at BOA Stadium. The hotel itself is in a great location. It's convenient to walk to the Bank of America Stadium or Spectrum Center, or really anywhere else in uptown Charlotte. It's also close to the interstate so there's easy access. Don't consider staying at any other place in the area. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, my only complaint was that I couldn't stay another night because I had to get back home to work. Thank you for a great experience.

Will always stay at a Drury when possible. Wonderful to have everyone speak english! Great amenities. Price reasonable except for pet fee.

Very satisfied, a good experience for a family trip.
The room is nice and the facilities are suitable. There is a bar for dinner and fresh beer is available. You can also buy it from outside in the shed outside the restaurant on the first floor. There are many choices of food around, many supermarkets, and Sam's Club. The university environment is also very good.
Very good service, perfect location. Close to restaurants and department stores. The only issue is that the room advertisements mention queen-size beds, but they certainly aren't. Apart from that detail, our stay was perfect.
The hotel facilities are good, but the most unfortunate thing is that the car window was broken when it was parked in the hotel parking lot, and all the exhibits used for the exhibition were stolen! !
It's very close to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and the school has a jogging track. The hotel facilities are also very new and clean. I always think Holiday Inn is excellent in the same price range.
The room smells. Not sure because of what.
There are chairs in front of main entrance, but guests are there smoking, there is no sign for "No Smoking within x feet of the entrance"
The $15 breakfast is not worth the money.

Staff personable and friendly. Check in/out a breeze. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Breakfast is a lovely section. Well stocked with great choices for everyone. Kids too! Bonus supplying take out trays and bags. We enjoyed our stay and will look for Hyatt on our future trips!
Steven was a real gem to give us such outstanding valet service. He went the extra mile to make it a great time for our band.
Additionally I wanted to say that the mgr Jafar and the ladies working the check-in desk Angel (and maybe Katrina) and many other staff members gave us outstanding service. Really excellent.
Big thanks to all from the 1&Dun Team.
Decent location. Parking is a hassle if you don't valet. But I need access to things in my vehicle so .. I self parked in a surface lot to the west. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Good air-conditioning. There is a restaurant that you can reach by going down the hotel elevators to the lobby and then up another set of elevators.... Oddly laid out hotel. Lobby is on 10th floor.... Just a few things...
PROS- Free Breakfast bar. Large quiet rooms. Location to downtown events. Views. CONS- Hotel starts on 10th floor. 1 working elevator. I parked in the lot in front and got an $85 ticket. No free parking. Dirty carpet in rooms. Not very modern.
The rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel did not have a pool, which was very disappointing. The area where we checked in was hot. The receptionist was great. Recently, I stayed overnight at this hotel to catch a fly out of Charlotte. The hotel is older, so it's dated. However, it has decent amenities, pool, and gym. The staff was great! The rooms were nice but the front staff was not friendly at all. Cookies- nope. Smiles- nope.
The beds were comfortable. For a two bed room, we got two towels. Weird. The elevator didn’t work. Not a problem for us but if you can’t do stairs then it would have been a problem.
The room was not cleaned well enough. Yesterday's bed sheets were inexplicably placed in the bathtub. The bathroom ceiling was not clean. It was barely ok for a business trip. It was close to the airport.

Sketchy people stay/live at this motel. Lock your cars and for women don't go out alone at night. My boyfriend was approached by one of these people and I didn't feel %100 comfortable even with him with me. Like I said the room was fine for the most part but I highly suggest finding...
Motel 6 is a great place for dog owners. The price you pay is a fraction of other places. Don't expect 5 star accommodations from a place that charges you and your pets under $80.00 to stay a night.
