The only complaint I have is that the room (bathroom) reeked of a foul smell upon our arrival. We cleansed, wiped, sprayed, and sanitized as we do at every hotel. The smell went away, but did return later.

We stayed two nights and both nights I awoke to voices between 3 and 4 AM, that I think were coming from outside, but might have been from down the hall. Good sized room, very clean throughout the hotel. Blackout drapes on the windows keep it nice and dark during daylight hours. Incredibly polite and helpful staff all around. Downside is that the windows do not filter much if any street noise. Even 9 floors up there was LOUD bar music playing till 2am every night.

We dined at the hotel restaurant last week and Lauren was the absolute best, she was so kind and checked on us throughout the entire meal. The food ended up being really great and we had a good time, our waitress was awesome too but I didn’t catch her name. Overall, a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everyone was very nice. Customer service was awesome and they made sure that you felt right at home! We went for the Seattle Seahawks versus the Carolina Panthers game and it was within walking distance of Bank of America Stadium, which was super nice and the Seahawks pulled out a win. Go Hawks!!

We didn’t realize breakfast was included, but we enjoyed breakfast downstairs this morning and also visited two breakfast spots on Friday and Saturday. The room was so nice with the couch and little tables. The bathroom so nice. Breakfast was good and the fitness facility was exceptional. The only frustration was that we were told someone spoke of the street acoustics on the road in front of the hotel, so all through the night there were cars and motorcycles revving past. That has to be corrected.

We stayed here on our first night in the US. The staff are very friendly and helpful. That makes such difference to a stay. Up early and into the empty pool for a few quick lengths before breakfast. A good choice, well served at a reasonable price.

The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte is a good hotel for what it is. Charlotte is not a very fancy town and their Ritz-Carlton is certainly one of the most luxurious hotels in the city. Having said that, it probably shouldn’t be called a Ritz-Carlton because it does not hold a candle to many other Ritz-Carltons around the country. This place lives up to the hype. I’ve rarely stayed someplace as clean, with friendly staff and excellent overall operations. The rooftop bar and lounge is a great bonus complete with fire pits and terrific comfortable spaces to unwind.

The room was spotless and clean. Room had good AC. Upstairs on 9th floor is a club with Food and drinks, nice, good staff, nice bar. We took our dogs. The hotel is pet friendly and on the second floor is where doggie families are you have your own exit thru double doors to your vehicle to go back and forth. Great place, great set up. Very comfortable stay… The hotel is very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was beautiful and delicious. The only negative during the stay was a loose toilet seat, which provided some ‘surprises’ at night. When reported on checkout, the information was welcomed, and my impression was that it would be addressed.

Very nice hotel in a great location. I'm giving two stars because even by hotel standards their Wi-Fi was abysmal. Just plan on using your phone as a hotspot the entire time. Also was asked to pre-pay for the restaurant meal which was a bit of a surprise.

The chaise in the room is uncomfortable. I recently stayed at a Marriott in Jupiter FL with same furniture.

As of 9/18/25 they are still under construction the entrance to check in is a set of concrete steps up to a back door. As far as I could see there was no way to use one of the carts to get your luggage from your car into the hotel and I did not see any wheelchair accessible ramps either. Very satisfied, a good experience for a family trip.

The room is nice and the facilities are suitable. There is a bar for dinner and fresh beer is available. You can also buy it from outside in the shed outside the restaurant on the first floor. There are many choices of food around, many supermarkets, and Sam's Club. The university environment is also very good.

The hotel was ok . The valet parking was terrible. Being that I’m retired veteran I had to bang on the door for the valet person to wake and retrieve my car. I will definitely not recommend this hotel for any of my veterans friend. I never had my vehicle damaged ever in all the locations/ states I’m travel too.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, the only downside was the parking. You can valet for $10 or $15. There is no immediate parking but you have access to a parking garage that you will have to walk a short distance to and from.

It was a new hotel, so it was clean and the design was great. It was a little inconvenient because there was a separate parking lot, but other than that, the facility had a good atmosphere.

During our stay we had fire alarm gone off four time at odd hours. One of my family member is wheel chair bound and we had informed this to the hotel, despite knowing this none of the staff ever called to offer help during evacuation calls. The hotel does not have any provision or SOP to evacuate the guest. So far so the reception team members were the first people to run away from their desk instead...

The hotel was beautiful. The bathroom door was awful. A barn door for the bathroom doesn’t give any privacy.

Hotel smells great, is clean, cool and inviting. Beds in handicapped accessible room were comfortable but very low. Barn door in doorway of bathroom doesn't open wide enough to allow access for a motorized wheelchair.

Very convenient for one night layover between flights. Shuttle worked very well. Quick Uber ride to South End for breweries etc and not far to downtown. Comfortable room, good shower. Towels too small.

Hilton Doubletree is my most favorite hotel I have stayed so many times for the past years , but breakfast at this Doubletree is the worst , food quality was so bad 🙁

Found a dead cockroach in the room, in plain sight, told the staff and got no response. Hotel needs updating, Doubletree has always been a great brand, but we were disappointed with our stay.

Was there 4or 5 days before someone decided to clean my rm I asked 3x and I was told it was not my day

The room was nice. The the fact that I had to pay for parking was a bit of a not happy surprise. In certain parts of the hotel, it could probably be updated like the elevator, the floor is kind of coming up. But all around it was a nice stay. .

Staff was courteous. Hotel appears nicer than it is. “Bar” is a lose term. Only water available, air conditioner didn’t consistently work, and 2 elevators were down.

Stayed here for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained with fresh drinks, robes and bathroom supplies. The handheld showerhead would leak when using the main head and the toilet would continually flow water after every use unless you manually removed the cover and fixed it.

It was very convenient to great restaurants and spots to looks around in Southpark. The airport was only about 20 min away, too.

I stay here often as a commuting airline pilot. Melissa is always smiling, asks how I’m doing, and gets me checked in and to the room as quick as possible. Definitely recommend! The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and I’ve never missed a flight or check in.
