Great staff, clean rooms and the hotel was central to every thing we did in Uptown Charlotte. Great stay and accommodations!

One of the towels had makeup stains on it when I got there which wasn’t a great feeling, but otherwise clean and adequate! The restaurant in the hotel had some challenges with the kitchen with food sent out uncooked but the wait staff was great

This hotel was a very convenient location and provided excellent staff service. One of the best features was an easily accessed overnight menu and food selection that provided comfort for busy schedules and late travel

It is in a great location within walking distance to the Charlotte Hornets stadium if you don't mind a little hike and lots of restaurants to try. Staff was exceptional and always willing to help

My wife is very picky about hotels and this is going to be our go-to anytime in area again. Spotless room very spacious and such a comfortable bed. We wanted to extend our stay but had to get home

I always have a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. It's my favorite hotel when I visit Charlotte. The front desk and the breakfast is awesome. (5) Stars as usual. Thank you for being outstanding!!!!

(Waffle flavour changes, eggs are different style and then the protein changes daily) Only problem we had was the hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough. But that was honestly our only complaint

Room was super clean and quiet. Only a 5 minute or so drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Breakfast had different variety every morning

Pool has a great view, but be aware the rooftop area (encompasing the pool) can be rented out. Beautiful rooms, good views, and good customer service

The room was nice but wasn't cleaned thoroughly, crumbs were in floor and bed linen was spiked on the corners and pillowcases. I had to call front desk requesting a new room, which they were supposedly full

I dont believe it because there wasn't many people moving around in and out of the hotel. Anyways, they came to the room and cleaned it and put fresh bed linens on the bed

Their pillows go flat when you lay your head down so we got 4 extra. Overall they were okay,and the front desk people were very nice and accommadating accommodating

Good hotel in downtown area close to restaraunts and bars but elevator at parking garage did not work and it was very dangerous to walk through the stairways

everything was great... the entire facility was nice and clean, the gym fantastic. My only complaint was the $11 tap beer in the restaurant, and it was a wasn't even a Heineken!

Highly recommend the property. It is right on campus. And walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants. And it is right at the train station if you need to take public transportation.

The staff and the receptionist was just very friendly. Overall. Just really enjoyed this stay, will love to stay there again if I'm in Charlotte.

We had two situations, which they corrected it right away. Bernadette and Michael Jones made sure we had and awesome stay. Nice outdoor seating area with a pool and fire pits

Very convenient for one night layover between flights. Shuttle worked very well. Quick Uber ride to South End for breweries etc and not far to downtown. Comfortable room, good shower. Towels too small.

Corporate needs to review outside courtyard/pool area. Pool out of order, patio area could use a cleaning, smoking area smelled, of course, used cigar awaiting owners return

Recently, I stayed overnight at this hotel to catch a fly out of Charlotte. The hotel is older, so it's dated. However, it has decent amenities, pool, and gym

The rooms were nice but the front staff was not friendly at all. For a two bed room, we got two towels. Not a problem for us but if you can’t do stairs then it would have been a problem

Very walkable distance to The Spectrum Center, which is why we were there. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed talking with Fernando at the bar. Will stay there again when we visit Charlotte

The ballroom for the stitch retreat was well lit there was plenty of room for all the tables. Staff was very friendly. THe outdoor patio where we sat some of the time was very clean and comfortable.

The exterior appearance of this Marriott property does not do the interior justice! The rooms were recently renovated in conformance with Marriott's new direction in terms of style and things turned out very well

Tucked a little off a maon road which is nice because it keeps the traffic noise down while you're trying to sleep. Very convenient location close to the airport and close to the park and ride places

However, we absolutely LOVED our night at the Ritz! The Parlor Suite with the adjoining room felt like more of a fancy condo than a hotel room! 24 hour room service was a nice surprise, which we took advantage of for dinner and breakfast

Why would a Hilton hotel have stinky pillows? That's just not acceptable! I tried covering them with a large towel so I didn't smell that bad odor

Pool is super small and was busy but we did get to enjoy when it got a little less busy. Salt water which is my preference. Towels were gone but I understand that they were busy

The staff was helpful with our wedding about breakfast and even have us an extra breakfast coupon for Grandma & Grandpa who were traveling with us. The breakfast food in the Bistro was very yummy too

Great location and friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is near all of the amenities that South Park offers. The beds are what you expect from Marriott standards along with the cleanliness.

Receptionist was excellent, we stayed on the 4th floor and the ceiling was dripping with water as it had rained, hallway carpet soaked. Post on front desk was a sign that said The Fire Alarm is currently not operational

The staff is great! I tried to check in late one evening, and their system (hilton's nation wide) was down, so the front desk ladies did what they could to get me in a room, and even gave me snacks due to the situation, which was so nice! I was glad to stay there - I'd stay there again! It was a very nice place

The hotel facilities are good, but the most unfortunate thing is that the car window was broken when it was parked in the hotel parking lot, and all the exhibits used for the exhibition were stolen! !
