I had a very good stay at this hotel — it was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I want to give a special thanks to Alyssa at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. While everything was generally great, construction still on going!

As of 9/18/25 they are still under construction the entrance to check in is a set of concrete steps up to a back door. As far as I could see there was no way to use one of the carts to get your luggage from your car into the hotel and I did not see any wheelchair accessible ramps either. If you have a lot of stuff you'll be hand carrying it in. I stay at Holiday inns a lot in this room did not have...

Very satisfied, a good experience for a family trip.

The room is nice and the facilities are suitable. There is a bar for dinner and fresh beer is available. You can also buy it from outside in the shed outside the restaurant on the first floor. There are many choices of food around, many supermarkets, and Sam's Club. The university environment is also very good.

Very good service, perfect location. Close to restaurants and department stores. The only issue is that the room advertisements mention queen-size beds, but they certainly aren't. Apart from that detail, our stay was perfect.

The bathroom art had water stains on the glass, everything else was satisfactory. East access to downtown, valet parking of car which was not cheap but able to use car in & out. Comfortable beds, pillows and toiletries.

The hotel was ok . The valet parking was terrible. Being that I’m retired veteran I had to bang on the door for the valet person to wake and retrieve my car. I will definitely not recommend this hotel for any of my veterans friend. I never had my vehicle damaged ever in all the locations/ states I’m travel too.

everything was great... the entire facility was nice and clean, the gym fantastic. My only complaint was the $11 tap beer in the restaurant, and it was a wasn't even a Heineken!

During our stay we had fire alarm gone off four time at odd hours. One of my family member is wheel chair bound and we had informed this to the hotel, despite knowing this none of the staff ever called to offer help during evacuation calls. The hotel does not have any provision or SOP to evacuate the guest. So far so the reception team members were the first people to run away from their desk instead...

The hotel was beautiful. The bathroom door was awful. A barn door for the bathroom doesn’t give any privacy.

Hotel smells great, is clean, cool and inviting. Beds in handicapped accessible room were comfortable but very low. Barn door in doorway of bathroom doesn't open wide enough to allow access for a motorized wheelchair.

Was there 4or 5 days before someone decided to clean my rm I asked 3x and I was told it was not my day

The table lamps bulb was bad kept going out. The TV wouldnt work when we got to the room.

The location was perfect I was in charlotte for the Hornets and Warrior game easy walk to and from the game Plenty of restaurants and entertainment The room itself was also great able to see all over the city

Great stay and comfortable room. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The dining staff were polite and friendly. I had a small issue with the sink but the staff were quick to respond and fixed the problem. Overall I had a great stay.

The room was nice. The the fact that I had to pay for parking was a bit of a not happy surprise. In certain parts of the hotel, it could probably be updated like the elevator, the floor is kind of coming up. But all around it was a nice stay. .

Staff was courteous. Hotel appears nicer than it is. “Bar” is a lose term. Only water available, air conditioner didn’t consistently work, and 2 elevators were down.

12/30/2025 shuttle pick-up 8:30pm, driver was rude to my husband and made it seem like we didn’t belong on this shuttle or couldn’t afford a stay at a Hilton Hotel. Very disappointed!! But overall our stay was nice, staff at the hotel were nice, helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed here for a 16hr layover.

Very nice hotel. The staff is super friendly. Tucked a little off a maon road which is nice because it keeps the traffic noise down while you're trying to sleep. Very convenient location close to the airport and close to the park and ride places. I was at the Parking Spot less than 5 minutes after leaving the hotel.

This was an unexpected stop, due to last minute flight cancellations. I can't recommend it enough. The rooms were beautiful, quiet, beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure! Every person at the counter was very friendly and helpful as well.

I could not use my pillows because they smelled like sweat or some sort of bad body odor. Why would a Hilton hotel have stinky pillows? That's just not acceptable! Staff were welcoming and personable. Room was clean but dated and could have used new carpet, repainting of interior rooms. Everything was functional, beds comfortable.

The staff is great! I tried to check in late one evening, and their system (hilton's nation wide) was down, so the front desk ladies did what they could to get me in a room, and even gave me snacks due to the situation, which was so nice! Room was in pretty bad shape. Floor was dirty and the doors had holes in them as though someone punched them. We came back from dinner to the police and fire department out in front of the hotel lobby arresting someone and then searching around the outside of the hotel. This was very unnerving. Unable to take advantage of the $25 parking rate, due to a soccer game and the fact the parking lot had set the parking fee at $40. Went to breakfast and there was very little food available; seemed they could not keep up with the number of people who were staying at the hotel.
