This place was a good stay. The A/C wasn’t working made it hard to sleep, resulting in me checking out earlier than anticipated. But overall solid, room look great, bathroom great, staff was cool.

Hotel was very pretty and historic. Rooms was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a corner room so to walls of windows with view of the city. Location was great. We were only there for a day so didn't take advantage of their restaurant or room service but we would stay there again. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Discount on parking for guests of the hotel. Location was great! Close and within walking distance to restaurants and city sites.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Just date night with the wife, but was made all the more special with the great hotel and staff.

The room was great. The bed was tight and firmly made. The staff and vallet were great. They gave me the accommodations that I needed. I would recommended this establishment to all my family and friends. The staff even put my luggage in my vehicle, so I wouldn't be late to the Panthers Game. The price for the hotel is very reasonable as well and downtown, not to mention a block up, you have Ri Ra Pub and club Prohibition (highly recommended both!!).

This hotel is unbelievably charming and the best service you could ever imagine not to mention the restaurant food and service this place has it all.

Well appointed rooms very well maintained historic hotel with a great location.
Great Management great food great service I felt very pampered upon leaving and will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot the great valet service they have.

Parking was affordable and convenient. The location is great for walking around downtown Charlotte, especially if you are attending sports events. Loved the decorations and vibe of the hotel. The staff was super kind and accommodating

Clean room. We were hoping for a refrigerator and access to ice machine. The tub was dangerously slick.

We love this hotel! We live just outside the city and several times a year we come into town and do a staycation. This is our choice every time. It is even where we spent our honeymoon night over 30 years ago. It has old charm and elegance. It has great history. It’s also convenient to restaurants, theaters, and sports arenas.

Service was terrible. No one making the pizza was wearing hair nets. Cost way to much for extra dipping sauces. Lack luster pizza at best. Definitely better places to eat cheap in Charlotte!

I will never order from this chain again. I went in at 2am, one hour before closing and ordered a pizza + wings. After 30 minutes of sitting on the curb I inquired about my ordered and receive an apology and the food.

The pizza was cold and the wings were 100% dry, no tossed sauce, no season...they were chicken fingers and A ramekin if dressing..

After receiving positive Bd hate reviews not..merely after all of it*still* wrong the manager simply said...I'm exciting to see how I do for my family

Expecting a nice dinner and all four plates for my family were just nasty. We all ate about 1/2 of our dinners and stopped. Dirty glasses, had to ask for them to be refilled multiple times. Wish we had went to Cracker Barrel instead like my son suggested. Will not be back to say it nicely. Visited 12/10/2017.

Whoever handles the reservations should be fired! I booked a party for my daughter 16th birthday and they over booked my party and cancelled it 2 weeks before our scheduled time and date!! I wouldn't recommend scheduling in advance they may over book you to!

I absolutely love Rock Bottom! The Apple coleslaw is great! You've gotta get the Asiago Artichoke Crab dip! Good beer, good good, good time!

The service was slow...but the beer was good. We were there over 20 min before we got out first drink. We ordered it when we sat down. We finished our first round and would have liked a second but the server never came back. Also waited a long time for the check. The 2 stars are for the goddess IPA only.

This must have been an off day like the Panthers game , I wanted to sit outside , waited on my server. So when came out , she ask me for my order, I gave to her. No one gave me any eating utensil. I waited on her to stop by , so I had to get up and ask for my own. Got low on my tea had to wait, she wasn't slow about bringing me my check, but I still gave her 15% .
Server name Brianna my was 4:11pm. Wow
