I'm not sure I've ever checked into a hotel with such genuinely friendly, professional and helpful staff. From navigating parking to getting my room key, they are the reason I'd go back. Clean room and excellent location. Super friendly breakfast server. 10/10

The hotel was clean and had a nice location. The only downside was the beds weren't the most comfortable but besides that it was a nice stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered parking in the parking garage next door and explained how to use the QR code so you would be able to go in and out of the garage without having to pay the daily fee each time. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast consisted of a variety of foods such as eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, and a few other things. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to campus and my son‘s apartment building, and was walkable to many restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Water pooled in the tub so there was clearly a leak, our room was way too close to the road and there were noises all night, and the room was just overall a little dirty. It just didn't feel clean.

This is what a hotel is supposed to be. Staff was great. Room was clean and new. Great location.

The area around the hotel is quite loud and busy most hours of the night which made it hard to sleep. The parking is separate as well with a separate parking fee. Not a fan of that. Otherwise, facility was nice and breakfast was good and staff were pleasant.

First time in Cincinnati and this hotel checked all the boxes! Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was typical hot free food but it was good! Pool area was clean and stocked with fresh towels, and the rooms were nice and clean!

There is construction going on all around the hotel so be mindful when choosing where to sleep!

Parking is included as a one time fee or in/out charge and I was skeptical to leave my car in the U-Square garage but we had no issues for the three days we were there. Easy and simple to use, less than a block away walking.

The hotel was attached to a Target and various other restaurants and shops were within 10 minute walking distance which was nice and it wasn’t too far from downtown Cincinnati ~ 15 mins.

Gas station Subway. Very little seating. Ice machine didn't work. Restroom was discusting.

Came for a pick up order, waited in front of the store to be helped for 15 mins while listening to cook staff playing in the kitchen and a not waiter or staff person asked if I had been helped. I had to walk to the dining area to ask to be helped. This should never happen in any establishment.

Waiter was not knowledgeable about the menu, very slow, SUPER gross bathroom, weird European club music.......don’t waste your money.

I have not gone here once without them screwing up my order. I can’t even give it the benefit of the doubt that it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings because I shouldn’t expect more from this establishment. The Buffalo Wild Wings Calhoun street location is an absolute joke of a restaurant. Get your stuff together it’s not that hard. Absolutely embarrassing.

We ordered 12 boneless spicy garlic wings and received nothing close to it. More so we received fried breeding or something. There's no meat in between these fried crunchy nuggets they gave us. We didn't realize until we got home which we don't live in the Clifton area just stopped by since we were near I actually live 20 minutes away in Hartwell and did not want to take the drive back. They did credit us however I'm not sure how this inconvenience is even possible I hope I can show pictures
