The area this is located isn't the most savory in our beautiful city...and the inn has for sure seen better days. The new owners are noticeably do8ng there best to bring the old girl up to date. The rooms are absolutely clean. Tmsome of the furniture is quite outdated. Overall I'd 10 out of 10 stay there again for sure. And honestly they have an awesome all you can eat breakfast buffet. The food was very good and kept fresh and hot. I totally recommend this place for those of us that cant afford a glorious expensive vacation but could use a ling weekend staycation. And the staff was friendly and courteous as well as more than efficient

This was a terrible experience. The room was very dated. The parking area was dark. Hallway and elevators smelled of marijuana. Front desk would not refund my extra night when my plans changed. Did not want to work with me at all. Do not recommend. Do not stay here. I won’t be booking this place in the future. Under any circumstances.

My service dog and I stayed here for 5 days. We had the best experience ever. Thank you so much everyone. The people at the front desk got cussed out and were getting screamed at over something they had no control of. When I got up there they were so friendly to me. The breakfast was amazing and house keeping made sure we had everything we needed daily THANK YOU

The parking lot is dull and dirty. There was a sign posted parking here at your own risk. The rooms are somewhat updated but the bathrooms need more attention.

When booking, the employee got annoyed when I asked if the room had a double or king bed (like the previous Quality Inn we stayed at). He thought I was asking about two beds vs one, but I was asking about the size.

There were a lot of drivers revving their engines around 12-1am. While the hotel has no control over this, it's a pain when trying to fall asleep.

The room we had was very nice. Much better than the previous Quality Inn we stayed at. Everything was clean and modern.

I stayed in Quality Inn hotels in other countries and so I am judging my stay at this hotel by that standard. Overall I found this hotel to be very poor. Our room was shabby and grimey. The accommodation side of the hotel needs renovation and maintenance. The outside of the windows in our room were covered by a dirty dried liiquid coating so it was difficult to see outside. The door into our room needed some effort to open it. We were very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. It was the worst quality I had any where in the world. Service of food on paper plates with plastic cutlery which all goes into the bin and then the land fill is just offensive. We paid the equivalent of €145 for one night. This was not value for money.

Perfect location for our concerts at Paycor Stadium! It was moderately clean besides some little spots in the bathroom. The bfast is okay just the average hotel breakfast. overall a good stay!

I made the booking about 2 months ahead of time for a trip from West Virginia to Chicago for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, I inadvertently made the reservation for the wrong date and we showed up to claim a room the evening BEFORE the reservation date. It was too late to cancel the reservation without paying a fee and by all rights the hotel could have charged us for both the cancellation fee for the night we had reserved AND then charged us full rates for the night we hadn’t reserved. The lady behind the desk calmly handled our mistake, and made it all better. They gave us just what we had requested as if I had made no mistake at all. It was a great relief and we completed our trip without any hassle.

The Manager is a great guy! Don't know his name but he's kind and a good dad. The workers are happy to please. A good place to go when you're in a hurry but want it fresh!
