The hotel is in a beautiful building that is historically significant, but that means the rooms are quite old. I received upgrade upon check-in, and the view from the hotel room is amazing

The location is perfect for us as it is just next to Convention Centre. However, the hotel is too old. The lift, the lobby, the room are too old. My room door lock was out of battery after I came back from Battery. It took almost 20 mins to get someone to fix it. The service was not up to standard.

The room was not cleaned well on the corner Behind of stand lights and black spots on the bottom tiles above the tub. However we enjoyed to stay there with a full of history, beautiful murals and kind staffs.

This hotel is very old and had a lot of nostalgia in it. Very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast service at the restaurant was slow, but food was good.

Hotel had a touch of historic charm with all the modern conveniences. The Renaissance is centrally located downtown, offering great dining options onsite and nearby. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The lighting in the room was really low which made it hard to makeup on. Other than that EXCELLENT

The staff was amazing and Patrick, the valet manager, was really nice and professional. We loved the room we stayed in and the hotel had such a great 1920s vibe! We will definitely be coming back for anniversaries!!

It was okay for a one-night stay. Broadly, it felt outdated. The room was unremarkable and bathroom a bit dingy but the main spaces were decent. Bagel sandwiches at the cafe were the highlight!

This was one of the best hotels in Downtown Cincinnati I have stayed at. The hotel is a bit dated and the room needed some repairs but there were tile floors vs carpet, they kept it clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel was very clean with large well stocked rooms. The restaurant was terrible. The food was overcooked-all four meals. Three ere fish and one was shrimp tacos. The manager did not charge for one meal and offered a free dessert which was really good. The restaurant wait staff was very attentive to our needs. I really want to love this hotel but it did feel underwhelming for our valentine stay. The bar is very small so if there isn't anywhere to sit down it is hard to order a drink without feeling like an inconvenience. Stayed through Amex Hotel Collection program. Received great upgrade into a comfortable suite. Breakfast voucher came in form of $60 each day which was more than sufficient at the Metropol restaurant. We used the $100 credit towards the valet parking ($40/day). It was everything you would expect from a top hotel and more. It wasn't a cookie cutter hotel like a Holiday Inn Express. It was alot more, better food, more interesting decor.

There was a leak in my ceiling and it was raining. They do not even give you one bottle of water for your room. The rooms could really use some updates. They barely have any plugs to plug in iPhone or iPad. And NONE by the beds?????

I'm not sure I've ever checked into a hotel with such genuinely friendly, professional and helpful staff. From navigating parking to getting my room key, they are the reason I'd go back. Clean room and excellent location. Super friendly breakfast server. 10/10

The hotel was clean and had a nice location. The only downside was the beds weren't the most comfortable but besides that it was a nice stay.

The area around the hotel is quite loud and busy most hours of the night which made it hard to sleep. The parking is separate as well with a separate parking fee. Not a fan of that. Otherwise, facility was nice and breakfast was good and staff were pleasant.

My service dog and I stayed here for 5 days. We had the best experience ever. Thank you so much everyone. The people at the front desk got cussed out and were getting screamed at over something they had no control of. When I got up there they were so friendly to me. The parking lot is dull and dirty. There was a sign posted parking here at your own risk. The rooms are somewhat updated but the bathrooms need more attention.

When booking, the employee got annoyed when I asked if the room had a double or king bed (like the previous Quality Inn we stayed at).
