absolutely worst manager i have ever experienced. It was bizarre. First the ac unit in room was loud and tempature gage did not work. I froze finally t I red it off ,got hot, management did nothing said nothing g I asked change rooms and they were indignant. Then about 1200 I got call GM was mad because I didn't give my driver's license, although he a chance to ask for that morning when I stopped by the front desk. then it got bizarre he called .e again and said I was DNR'd because he accused me of leaving a doll with a pecker on its head. he said I was on camera lol I said fine let me see it. he hung on me. I call back at end of the day the whole time he pretended not to be the GM. And I said show where im on video leavi g anything. Oh well to much drama. the place smells like **** and smoke ,other employees under is responsibility did not say anything positive. it's a crap show. stay away from this place they do not care about customers. Worst single experience in 100s of hotels I've stayed

Front desk lady Kathy, is awful shes rude and mean and dont care about the customers....if ur late paying ur room one min she wants to kick u out whether u have kids or not.... she absolutely should not be employed here....i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!

This place is the worst I have ever stayed. Staff was very rude and accused me of lying when I told them other people's belongings were left in my room under the ac and in the restroom. They also called my room at 730 in the morning saying my kids needed to settle down because they were disturbing the entire place. My boys are 9 and 11 and were sound asleep at the time. Once again...they said I was a liar.There was a man lurking around the hallways trying to scam me by asking for my cash app. He was right up on me all in my space. Once again...the lady called me a liar. I told them to watch the cameras but refused to. Upon checking in there was a blonde lady who was talking bad about the other employees and they began fighting. I should have knew right then. My family will never stay there again and I am waiting on my 294 dollar refund which could take 10 business days, and I really needed it back faster. My family has never been treated worse, and we have stayed in many hotels. I really advise anyone to look elsewhere in the area when staying in Burleson tx.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The lady that runs this hotel is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Her behavior and attitude could have ruined what was supposed to be one of the happiest day of our lives. Thank goodness for the amazing family and friends on hand that would’ve give her that power and saved our day. Trust me, DO NOT hold your events here.

Awful. Attended a wedding here where the wedding party stayed. Room was nasty; not just dirty but nasty. Old coffee and filter in pot, dead bugs on the floor, stained furniture. Windows and glass doors were so dirty you could barely see through them. Asked for extra pillows. A woman in an old t-shirt and extremely unprofessional in appearance (said she was the supervisor) left them on the floor in front of the door! When confronted with all of this she was rude and said she was doing the best she could. She truly failed to understand how leaving a pillow on their nasty ass floors was a problem. She comped the room but still, I would never, ever stay here! I really question whether these good reviews are real.

Next day update: now they've denied comping the room. Unbelievable. I'm guessing they read this truthful review! HORRIBLE PLACE. Cheap room. You get what you pay for! Think twice before you lay you head and hard earned money down. I wasn't the one who stayed the night but I had family who did. Smh.

The staff was exceptionally rude and lacked any knowlege of customer service. The hotel room smelled of cat urine and when asked to move to another room the smell continued. Staff seems to make up own policies without showing them in writting. Don't waste your time, money, or experience here. It's not worth the headache.

I come here once a month usually to just get away. I have always been happy with the staff and the rooms. This time was different though. There were no soaps or shampoos, only had decaf coffee, the tv kept messing up, and the rrom just seemed run down. This is the only time i have been unsatisfied here.
