Couldn't be happier with this property. Stayed for 4 nights and the place was very clean and all 3 desk staff that we spoke with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful and that is very refreshing!

Hotel & Staff
This is a very nice, quiet and clean hotel with daily service. The rooms were in excellent condition. Also, the staff was friendly, courteous and obliging to all.

Good not great. Worth it for the space
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will probably stay there again. With that said this stay had its problems. I stayed in a 2 bedroom room. I loved the space and the room actually got cold and the beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday which was nice. However the kitchen sink had no hot water and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. We ran into housekeeping a few times and they seemed frustrated with us because we couldn’t speak Spanish to them. Also when we checked in, the man working the front desk was having an argument with another guest that was very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever
The front desk guy who checked us in was rude to our kids. All they wanted was to go to the front office and purchase drinks and he acted as if they were thieves trying to take something when they had cash in hand. We had ants crawling everywhere kitchen and living room area. The pool wasn't working the entire time and it's still being advertised as available. Never staying again paid almost $500 for 3 days definitely wasn't worth it!

It is very close to the convention center. Good location. Found cockroach in first room and they offered to change the room.

Pictures online show the room to be spacious but are rather smaller in reality.

This was better than I expected. I had to stay here for the weekend for some classes. I had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen which was perfect because I packed my own food for a diet. There is a pool and breakfast. Free parking which was great. This was about the same price as somewhere that wasn’t so well kept or in such a good neighborhood, so it was a steal for me.

I came in on my lunch break ordered a value nugget and a value fry. A supposed manager Manuela took my order. I gave her 10 dollars my food was 3 dollars the manager rushed me 2 dollars and walked away. When she retur ed I told her she forgot my 5.00. Manuela takes 1 look at me with an attitude begins to count her drawer down snatches the drawer goes to the back to count it down and comes back 7 minutes late to tell me she gave me my money and that I am a liar! After counting her drawer again she throws my 5 dollars at me and says she knows she gave me my 5 dollars and walks off. She is rude I believe she is prejudice and doesn't deserve the title MANAGER in anyway! I will never eat at another Wendy's ever and I will be sure to tell all of my co workers of around 6000 people how Wendy's management works and how I was beyond disrespected when their employees in management are in the WRONG!

We like Wendy's and go to this one occasionally. You have to watch them so they fill your order correctly. The quality and price is good though.

I always get the baked potato....omg of all the Wendy's this is by far the best in Dfw! Always cooked and soft! They are always big and plenty of melted cheese! Great staff! Keep up the good work!

The customer service here was better than I expected. Even the grill operator came out to the counter and smiled and said hi. Granted they weren't busy. I like the new soda fountains with the huge selection. The Dave's sodas aren't bad. I had some kind of bacon chicken sandwich. It was ok.

Get folks who can understand English. Somehow "2 country scramble plates and 2 large coffees" was interpreted 1 Grande burrito and a medium Dr. Pepper is what was repeated back to me.

This place is shows a little wear and tear but the staff is nice nos z but nice. The food is good, fresh and hot but you have to watch and make sure they are wearing gloves.
Also they are bilingual Spanish/English. You can dine in and currently they are hiring

They constantly take my money and mess up my order and when you call them back the phone number listed is a fax number. They lady taking your order is rude and has not mastered the English language yet but she has mastered sarcasm, very well. I asked for extra bacon. You charged me for it now where is it?

Horrible! Absolutly horrible!! The spanish lady that takes orders never gets anything right! She always has an attitude. The food is never right. Better off just going to mcdonalds!! I been complaing about this lady for 4 months now and nothing is being done. Way to be on top of things coporate jack in the box!

Their posted hours state they open at 6 AM. We have now driven by on three separate occasions between 6:10 & 6:15 AM, and the store is closed! There are some employees there…seemingly hiding. One day, a kind lady came to the drive through window to explain that they couldn't open until to manager arrived. What???? Why can't the manager get there on time? Come on, Jack-in-the-Box! So unprofessional!

Their order handling process is a bit confused. My order was missed as a result. Veggies under cooked. I like crispy veggies but onions in my dish were almost raw.

I had Wok-It today for lunch and I really enjoyed it. I had the Egg Drop soup and the Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. The soup was probably one of the best Egg Drop soups I've ever tried. I will continue to order from this place!

Man, it's hard to mess up Chinese food this badly. The wonton soup was actually dumplings in a broth. I have never seen this. The crab rangoon was all cream cheese. The fried rice had no flavor. The sesame chicken was pretty disgusting. The best part of our meal was the broccoli from the broccoli beef. Please, please don't order from this place. There are so many other options out there.

The Thai spicy fried rice is awesome! It's one of their specialties. I usually get it with a combination of shrimp and chicken. For under $8 you get a huge container of spicy greatness. They use fresh jalapeno in their Thai rice too.
