I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The website advertised 'free breakfast,' but this turned out to be limited to just muffins, bagels, and coffee - not what I would consider a full breakfast service. There was also a significant price discrepancy. The advertised rate was $63, but the final cost came to over $100 for one night. When I requested a receipt, I was told this wasn't possible due to booking through a third-party site, which seems unreasonable considering they processed my payment. I would recommend the hotel be more transparent about both their breakfast offerings and their final pricing to avoid misleading guests. The women that helped us out was helpful.

The smoke alarm must have outlived its expiration date, because it beeped every minute or so. The alternate room the clerk offered was still either dirty or in use, because the bed was unmade. The clerk said her computer didn't let her see which rooms were clean and which weren't, and that was the only other room available anyway. The clerk gave me a battery to change in the alarm, but it turned out the alarm was hard wired and had no battery (I don't know if it was supposed to have one). I unwired it and enjoyed the silence.

I was checking into the hotel at 1245am and the front desk clerk refused my reservation because she told me that they don't check guests in after 11pm. I tried to call them earlier that evening and I couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone. Worst customer service and checkin policies ever!! Do not recommend! I booked through Priceline and that was my first mistake because they had no problem refunding my money but would not book another hotel for me in any way shape or form. I will never use their service again nor do I recommend them to anyone else! BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS!!

The location of the extended stay was convenient. Right off of 75 and close to downtown Dallas. Service was great, the lady at the desk was very nice and friendly, made us feel welcome. She stressed no smoking in the room which is fine but when entering the room it was almost immediately clear someone had smoked in the room so I reported it and we were told that we would not be penalized. Sodas from the vending machine were way over priced but all in all it was a good stay.

No soap, no washcloths, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no dishes or pans in cabinet, no ice machine. 3 of us in the room and would only give us 1 card key, said they were almost out of cards.The ONLY thing that was acceptable... the mattress were comfortable. Would NOT recommend staying here!

Hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The check and paperwork was a little more extensive than typical. The room was small but included a kitchenette. There were some spots on the wall where paint was missing and the bed was very firm! The AC work well and the shower was good. The TV did not work and from overhearing another guest, it had not been working on and off for several days. For my purpose, it was good for an overnight stay and I would stay again.

Where do I begin? Had a car rental with Florida license plate. Walked out one morning to let dogs go to restroom and I had a Texas license plate. Had to call police for stolen license plate. Was robbed and assaulted. Approached by undesirables when walking back and forth for laundry. People driving fast and sitting in cars. A lot of criminal activity here and like the other extended stays NO Security Officer at night.

I would like to go Extended Stay 10 Stars. The staff went out there a way to make share my wife and I were very comfortable. I will recommend this location to anyone for A-1 Hotel. When I'm in Dallas this will be the only place I will stay from now on.

If you are looking for a great wonderful hotel to spend the week in it or longer Extended Stay America is the place... The staff and management is very friendly they go out their way to make sure you feel at home... One of the best Extended Stay, I ever stayed at.... If I could give most stars I would.. The Dallas Coit Rd location.
