I had a reservation issue where booking.com made a mistake and charged me a no show fee which was the full charge for a three night stay here despite me cancelleing the reservation the same day I made it. This hotel had the most wonderful customer service through Sarah Nelson and she worked to do everything she could to fix this problem even though it was booking.com’s fault. It is so rare to find kind people who go above and beyond for customers that I just had to leave a review. So great! I’ll be staying here next time for sure based on this experience but NOT using booking.com to do so.

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, the showerhead good shower pressure, the free breakfast was good. It was a great hotel experience.

10.01.2026 Toni

Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason it didn’t get a higher score is because it’s a bit dated. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. They have a great dog area and the surrounding area is nice.

First, I have to say that I gave this motel 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff really tried to find me something that would work and I appreciated their helpfulness; but I'm just not sure why the other reviews gave such a high rating. The first room I was given had an odor that I couldn't tolerate (asthma), so I was switched to another but the door wouldn't open. They tried a couple more before finding one that had a functioning door/lock. But in the end, I was still having trouble breathing in the room and discovered that here, as well as another motel I booked here in Bend on booking recently (Dunes), they use an unhealthy chemical-based deodorizing spray. Had to check out before even staying the night. I much appreciate the front desk staff attempting to help.

The staff was great and so friendly I felt very welcomed I would for sure and am staying here again

This hotel is a little farther away from our trip destination, but we have counted in this hotel in the past to be quiet, comfortable and affordable. So the longer drive is worth it to us.

11.12.2025 John

The new morning staff member needed training on check in process. The guest next door kept hitting the wall. Some lady upstairs was loud. The TV digital channels could be higher definition. The walkway near my room needed to be cleared of litter.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Exceptionally clean and tidy, rooms, main areas, and outside around the property!
Large breakfast selection.
Nice area

19.11.2025 Connie

Breakfast was not served at stated time.
Linens (pillow cases) thread bare - long past their useful life. Desk lamp fixture broken, bulb socket hanging out, potential electrical hazard.

Newer flooring. Minimal bed covers.

14.11.2025 Edna

yes, it’s dirty! carpet not vacuumed, consumed food left in the refrigerator, tile floor not mopped, furnitures dusty.
