No toilet paper, soap, ice machine not working. Room was dirty, shower had no shelf for shampoo. Shower caulking was stained. Room key had to be reprogrammed twice. Big pothole at entrance. Very run down. Won't stay there again.

Such a disappointment this time. The room was nothing like the pictures posted. We rented a smoking room because my husband smokes a pipe, even though he smokes it outside, I didn’t want anything said if the tobacco smell from his clothes smelled the room up. It never does but we are always concerned with others property. He got a room that had two cigarettes in the toilet, a bed with only one sheet, not clean looking even. No comforter, No remote for tv. Was told to change the channels himself. And no other rooms available, which they clearly were, because they were not booked. He asked again about another room, they did not want to give him one, they said they had one with no heat but it was against the policy to rent that one. He said he’d gladly taken it since it was hit if it were clean, but they didn’t which we understand that policy. They finally moved him after about four trips to their office to a room which of course had no toilet paper whatsoever. Whomever is cleaning these rooms should be fired and needs to find another job maybe flipping hamburgers. They surely do not need to be cleaning rooms. We’re taking this motel off our list of ones to rent and we rent over 100 a year in our business. Don’t fall for the pictures posted.

Where do I even begin? A refrigerator was listed as an ammenity in the kitchenette that I paid extra for so I bought some food. When I got there, the fridge was removed so my food spoiled. The room phone had no cord hooking it to the wall so it was unusable, what was I supposwd to do in an emergency and if my cell was dead? The tv remote had no batteries, so I had to actually unplug the TV to turn it off. There was no working ice machine at the hotel. There were roaches crawling across the floor. Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at.

Paid for a kitchenette room was given a room with no refrigerator had no way to keep food or drinks cold. No remote control for the television had ro go to office and ask for one and it barely works.

It was adequate. It had a kitchenette, but not a single utensil, plate, or paper towel. If you want to cook in the stove top, bring your own pot or pan because it is completely 100% empty. It was cheap and the location was convenient. Very strong musty cigarette smell and the floor was very sticky. Also bring your own shampoo, etc. There was a bar of soap. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but you can get it in the office. Except it was closed/locked one of the days we went to get some. There is also a vending machine in the office that you can access when it isn’t locked. You get what you pay for.

Room was not ready when I checked in, very late at night.
Wifi was by far the worst I've experienced since the days of dial-up.
Staff was impolite at best.

Worst hotel id ever been to. Our room had previously been used as a long term rental and had NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL before we arrived. DISGUSTING!

Worst hotel id ever been to. This place rents rooms long term also and I'm sure we got one of those. It appeared that it had not been cleaned at all when Iast ppl left. It was so bad that I walked in, turned around and took my bags back to the car. I went immediately to the grocery for bleach cleaner and cleaned the room for 2 hours myself when I got back so I could stand to stay. There were roaches everywhere also. Dirt or feces on the door and walls and floors were SICKENINGLY DIRTY! Under one bed there were 2 empty, old soda bottles and beside the other bed an old crusty DOG TURD! YES, A FRIGGIN DOG TURD! When we arrived, the cops & EMS were there & made several trips back over our 3 day stay. The guests or residents, whichever, were kinda sketchy and stayed outside most of night. Our room was very close to outside so we were forced to listen to the screaming, yelling, loud music and fighting til everyone decided to go inside. The few not horrible things were that they did allow pets at no extra charge, didn't require a deposit at check in and had brand new front load washers dryers in laundry room which was nice. The ladies at check in were both very nice and knowledgeable as well. I'd have gone elsewhere if it weren't for the free pet stay and no check in deposit. The price was half of all other hotels too. Definitely should've been, however!!

When I checked in the front desk was slow. The room had roaches. The floor was sticky and dirty. I walked with my bare feet and it turned my feet black. The bed was hard and the pillows didn’t have any fluff. The tv and wall also had something on them. Also no shampoo in the shower.

It was terrible I didn't stay I left and went to another motel cause there was fleas in it and so many roaches that if you went to sleep in there you would have woken up down the street somewhere where they had carried you off and they said they would refund me but I ant seen it so I probably want get it either but if I don't that's fine I just want never use *********** again
