Fist room gave us wasn’t even clean at all. Second room had cockroaches and very dirty very uncomfortable beds

The room was terrible. Smelled like smoke. Multiple areas of unrepaired drywall from water damage

The room was nasty and the bedding was covered in bodily fluid stains. Due to this, we did not feel comfortable eating at the hotel.

Worst hotel ever rented. Vomit or blood on the sheets, bugs on the floor, hair in the bathroom and there was a half inch gap on the door that anyone could look into the room. We simply left and did not ask for our money back. Could not leave fast enough.

Everything was just dirty. There were questionable individuals possibly living on location. We felt very unsafe and we didn't stay here. We left after seeing the room.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I left. Roaches in the room. Cigarette burns on everything. Sheets were stained with blood or something. Very bad

Room had gnats, towels were stained, breakfast was nonexistent, "clean" towels were hung in a Target bag on door. Coffee carafe was missing and then one without a lid was given. Water temp went from normal to scalding without warning. Lots of transient looking people around and living in rooms. Pool was padlocked for no reason. Staff was nice but unmotivated. Laundry/Ice was outside and out of order.

Ez check in. Very nice staff. Parking well lit. Rooms dated but clean.

The property immediately smelled upon entry, the door did not lock and there were roaches. Dogs barking due to being animal friendly hotel and sketchy people walking around. The bedding was old looking. I immediately cancelled my reservation and went to the Holiday Inn nearby

Knoxville Stay
rather poor. 1st room unusable no working door lock. 2nd room door bent, cereal and milk spilled in front of door before we used room never cleaned up. Loud screaming outside, profanity used often never stopped until early morning. People drinking outside with open bottles and beer cans with kids all around. Not a place for a family atmosphere. Facility old and poorly maintained.
