The house was infested with ants and even houseworms. I stayed there for three days and was so scared that I didn’t dare to take a shower. It was so scary.

Hotel shows age. For the price to get a night sleep…no complaints.

The toilet did not flush and there was some mold in the bathroom. It was a fine stay besides that.

Loved the room and beds were comfortable. Great location convenient to interstate, food, and entertainment! would def stay again!

The breakfast at the hotel was okay for a two-day stay over the weekend. The room was relatively small, but there was no smell, and it was relatively clean. There were many supermarkets and restaurants around, and the transportation was relatively convenient. It was close to the Scenic Area National Forest Park, which was more suitable for rest and travel.

The room is very old, the roof of the bathroom is broken and moldy. There is a peculiar smell. Sheets were relatively clean. The service is not great either. The room rate I paid included breakfast, but due to jet lag, it was a little late in the morning and there was nothing to eat, not even a glass of juice. I thought the wydman chain hotel was good, but this one is very disappointing. I would not recommend the microtel chain hotel.

Food was just okay but server was awesome and the host was also very friendly. Five stars for the service and three for the food. Price was fair.

I ordered online and my burger was without the toppings and my cheese. The burger itself was dry and over cooked. I called and talked to one of the managers and I explained what happened. Brandy was very apologetic and wanted to know what she could do to fix it. By then I just wanted to find something at home. She took my name and address and said she would send something thru the mail. We hung up and I went on with my night. About an hour or so later we got a knock on the door. It was a gentleman from Applebee's with replacements plus more! I was so surprised and it was wonderful! Brandy went above and WAY beyond!! We have been going to Applebee's for years and for the most part we have had wonderful experiences with them. We will continue to make great family memories there. Thank you Brandy for what you did! I can't wait to meet you the next time we go.

The food was not great but good. Our server was very attentive to our requests even though he had our party of seven and st least two other tables. He really made the whole dining experience there so good.

Spent $28 for two people with a burger and a skillet, appetizer, 4 margaritas and 2 beers. That would’ve been $60+ anywhere else and the food was great. They were really busy and worked us in within 5 minutes and were really nice.

My dinner was very good! They are very accommodating... I don't like tomato sauce, so I asked which dinners came with a cream sauce, the waiter said that almost everyone of them could be made with both types of sauces.

We dined at the Cedar Bluff Puleo's Grille around 7:30pm on 12-12-17. We were immediately greeted and seated and the service was great the entire time. I had the surf & turf and my wife had a chicken dish and they both were excellent. It was a great choice for dinner on our Anniversary.

We've never had to wait for a table. Manager always stops by our table. We try to go there twice a month. Great selection, service and of course food. They even gave me a piece of cheesecake for my birthday. Will return.

Amazing! The citrus chicken was so very juicy and had the perfect amount blended spices and zesty juices from lemon and lime. The vegetables that I got along with it was superb! They were cooked perfectly, not mushy, not raw either. It was that perfect in-between vegetable. will be back again soon
