Hotel in Pigeon Forge

It’s older but clean. I was only there to sleep for one night so had little interaction with staff but the front desk clerk was friendly.

Room was clean.staff were friendly.One of the beds in my room was horribly uncomfortable.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Great location too.

Is an older hotel but did see staff working to make updates. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The only complaint is the hard mattress. It was hard on both mine and my wifes backs.

I stayed in room 403 this last weekend, and I just want to say I was actually amazed, we walked into the lobby where everything was very clean, the woman upfront with teal nails at a time black younger woman sweetest lady I have ever talked to she was so nice. She explained how complementary breakfast is involved so then we get up to our room and it was the cutest. Little room I have ever seen in my life. It literally looks like a studio in New York City. I absolutely loved it. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a mini fridge. The TV channels didn’t have a problem with any of those. I actually enjoyed staying in my hotel instead of walking around pigeon Forge, I will choose this hotel from here on out!! I’m from Indiana by the way. Oh, and you get the perfect view of the mountains it’s literally amazing so if you go just request 403
