Beautiful resort! The rooms are very clean as well as the buildings and the grounds. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We had a family suite for two parents, a grandmother and a 3 year old child. This allowed us to have two bathrooms which was wonderful. The main bedroom had a king size bed and the second adjoining bedroom had a full size pullout sofa. This setup worked wonderfully for a family. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Resort has a lot to offer. The trolley to the amusement park was great.

Truly beautiful resort with incredible food and outstanding service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There was some confusion with our tickets and the front desk helped us out immediately. The only downside was our toilet didn't work and nothing was open after 10. We got there later and would have enjoyed being able to play in the arcade or the pool. The trolley driver was wonderful and helpful! Definite perk of being at the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and nice. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to shop at Dollywood and have all our purchases delivered to the hotel free of charge. My daughter has always wanted to stay here and for Christmas I surprised her with the stay at Dream More. She was so happy and really enjoyed her stay. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was spotless and very clean. Pillows were great. The facility was just beautiful! Loved our short stay.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; as always. The only negative was in the common area near the fireplace, I noticed an upholstered chair with the bottom broken and sagging to the floor.

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, a pool and game room for the kids, and activities throughout the day. The buffet at the restaurant was also nice as well as the gift store.

A great experience. The staff were so pleasant. We were fortunate to visit while the Christmas decorations were up, they made the place feel so warm and inviting.
The lobby is jumping with life. If you want a place with little noise and few people, this is not the place. But if you enjoy life, seeing cute lil families, hearing singing in the lobby, then this is it. So much fun.
I look forward to returning some day.

If you’re looking for peaceful serenity, this is the place for you and your family. The resort is surrounded by rolling foothills and tall mountain peaks, creating a beautiful backdrop with classic country charm. Everything was exceptionally clean—even the small cracks and crevices were spotless. My key card worked every time, and I felt completely safe with security present throughout the property.
Every employee I encountered was smiling and welcoming, and hand sanitizer was conveniently placed at every doorway. The rooms were full of thoughtful comfort upgrades, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly soft.
An all-around excellent stay—highly recommended!

Such a cool resort. Really well themed, everything was super clean and the staff were so friendly. Loads of facilities, lovely heated outdoor spa.

Room was clean, staff very nice. Breakfast buffet not as good as last time there. Also room had ladybugs in it. Also thought would of had guest robes for the price paid.
Stayed at Omni hotels for less and had better amenities.
Don't think price is worth what you get, did enjoy stay.
