Quality Inn Airport East in El Paso

This was our worst travel experience ever. We have booked a total of 6 hotels on our spring break trip but this hotel was disgusting.
A) no pool open although shown on the online booking
B) garbage was floating in the pool, trash cans overflowing and garbage laying around
C) room and bathroom in a rough shape, e.g. black feet when walking in hotel room, bathroom beaten up, bath tub worn out and black , ceiling broken
D) no breakfast on 2 days and waffle iron dirty and burnt
E) only rom service on 2 days per week but they did not come at al.
F) hair dryer did not work
I like have at least 50% re-imbursed considering the high price versus non existing service

Well first of all my key wouldn't open the door. Went to the front desk and felt like i was bugging the front desk attendant. And then the hot water was barely luke warm. Yhe room didnt ha e to towels, toilet paper and cold draft was coming thru the front door. Finally waa given a different room nezt door to the original amd had the same problem with the key. Room was dirty didnt have a comfortable night needless to say. That same night i tried to cancel the next night. But im still waiting for my refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

When I arrived there were two people behind the counte; however they were having a personal conversation with two people and although they did attend to me it was more rushed so that they coold get back to the conversation. When I got to the room, the number as written on the wall with what seemed to be a sharpie, inside the room was dingy, and it had a smell! There was was no remote to the tv and it seemed that they only had basic channels. Not all outlets worked had to look for one that worked. So I had to switch devices to charge them up. There was visible wires coming out of the back of the tv going all o er the place. Not visually pleasant. Wanted to take a shower however didn’t because it was filthy there were stains in the tub that I couldn’t explain. There were no towels nor were there any toiletries. No hangers to hang my cloth! Needless to say it wasn’t my best stay! Actually it was one of my worse motels that I’ve ever stayed at! I wouldn’t recommend this motel at its current condition at this time! Hopefully they do somethibg about this motel to keep clientele coming back! As for me,I probably not stay at above Qualiry Inn.

There were blood stains on the duvet. I took pictures of the bedding as proof. They didn't offer housekeeping services, so I had to change the bedding myself. There were cobwebs in the coffee maker. When I called to complain they were rude and even charged me an extra day of stay. I have called the health department to report them. I also have filed a dispute with my bank regarding the extra charge for an additional day of occupancy. Do NOT recommend these facilities!

The hotel in general is filthy and unkept. The garbage containers in the hallways were overflowing. I reserved a King size bed whereas the room had a bed no bigger than a full. The entrance light was out of commission and the power outlets next to the tiny bed did not supply enough current to charge the phones. Lastly, the doors to the closet and the bathroom would not open or close correctly. Instead of Quality Inn we ended up staying at a roach motel. I am now exitant to use Travelocity for reservations.

Staff was no where to be found , had to wait 10 mins to get help . When I arrived they didn’t even check my ID to confirm I’m the person booking so anyone can easily be in there . Rooms were dirty , smelly , had bugs .

Eh,not the greatest stay
The room itself needs a top to bottom scrub down. Its just dirty.
The curtains had boogers or something stuck to them, all the towles and sheets had stains. Looked like brown stains.
Room smelt mildewy.
The balcony was disgusting. Didnt even go out there, had trash and tons of bird poop.
Our key card stopped working twice.

It was very dissatisfying..upon my arrival, as I was needing to use the men’s restroom after a 5 hour drive, found there was No paper towels to dry my hands after washing..! The front desk service clerk responded by letting me know that their shipment hand not come in, so they are out of hand wipes…in addition, the clerk advised me that there was NO hot water as well & there was NO fix in site, since the hot water had been out since the night before…I asked if the hot water was not up & running by my 3:00 p.m. checkin time, could I be Refunded so I could book a room elsewhere, but I was advised that I would have to go thru the company (*******) for my refund…! It was a very displeasing experience..
I typically stay at this hotel due to its convenient location..! I will No longer be booking my stay at this hotel..!
