Needed a room late after the celebration, easy to get on hilton app, digital key ready and room was clean. By far the best mattresses and pillows. We just stayed at the bellagio in a tower suite and these beds were better lol

This is an older hotel, and could use some TLC. There were broken, and loose tiles in the bathroom. Shower pressure was okay, and the beds were so so. I will say that the base of these beds are very noisy to the point you don't want to move for fear of waking your spouse or partner. Our room was clean. Where this hotel shines is with their staff. Billie was very kind, and helpful to us. Apparently the website overbooked them for our room and when we got there they did not have it available so we were moved to a different room. As a result they did give us a discount for the inconvenience.

Renovation was nice. But stuff was broken in our room, pool was freezing cold that was a huge disappointment as that was one reason we booked so our boys could swim.
Some staff wasnt very friendly.
Breakfast was decent.

This hotel canceled my reservation with them just hours before we were to check in. My family was out of town because my daughter had a college game to play in. The hotel called me to see if they could switch my 2 queen beds to a king bed. I declined because my family is large. Luckily I found a hotel, last minute after they dropped us. I will be contacting corporate as well as posting to all social sites about this unprofessional and extremely bottom-tier establishment.

Staff was very kind. Really appreciated Lela front desk nights. She is a very friendly person. My room was quiet, clean and efficient.

We stayed last night in room302 ac stoped functioning and was very hot was not able to get any sleep. Tried to inform desk and we could not get anyone. Room was dusty. Hallways were very hot also. We had to wait for the elevator for a while it seemed that only one was working.

Bright spacious clean hotel with friendly staff. Small but well maintained fitness center. Stayed here Christmas Eve with spouse and two kids in a two queen and sofa bed. Plenty of space!

This deserves 0 stars, checked in and checked right back out bugs and rockraches in the room. There was only a 17 yr old at the front desk and I don't know if the city is using this as a shelter but.... don't go here. As for the reply to the review, this was an emergency booking for Malcolm David and yes there were roches, the bathroom was nasty and had mold and check your records he did not stay the night. The booking had all contact information so that's not an excuse, the front desk person didn't know anything , you should working on cleaning the hotel instead of false customer service on google.

We arrived to the hotel the night before Thanksgiving and there were no available rooms for the type that we had booked, we were put into a room that accommodated us, but was not ideal for the first night. The next morning, Jocelyn did everything she could to make sure that the rest of our stay was ideal. She worked with the manager to accommodate us multiple times until she was finally able to get us into the room that we had booked. Jocelyn was very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Amanda, the GM, was very helpful after our stay when I reached out to her as well!

Room had ripped sheets, black mold in bathroom, sliding door for bathroom was broke family kept getting stuck.
Breakfast ran out and things were next restocked.
