Great room for the price. Tv not working upon arrival but maintenance got it working in about an hour. Hotel restaurant only stayed open for a few hours which was disappointing so we ordered pizza delivery. All in all, I would stay again.

This place was great for pre-cruise comfort and convenience. The front desk staff were great, morning wait staff great. The large groups weren't too rowdy and the rooms were good. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was a 5 star experience for the rates, convenience and price point.

I booked the room for family who were traveling to Norfolk. They explained to me that the guest were loud and disruptive and they didn't feel safe staying there. Staff wasn't helpful. My family was disappointed and told they would never stay there again.

Do not stay here. The entire floor smelled like marijuana and old cigarette smoke. The room was extremely outdated and the bathroom was dirty. On top of that, we couldn’t get the HVAC system to turn off it was incredibly loud and ran all night. Doors were also slamming constantly in the hallway. Incredibly noisy hotel. Parking is also $15 per day which I was not aware of prior to arriving which makes the hotel the same price as many other hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was fine but dated. The shower didn’t work well and the toilet took some work to flush. I just had to stay one night and only really needed it to sleep and shower in the morning, so it was fine for me

Clean room; Very accomodating staff - we came in late and they were so kind. They also offered a microwave as we had a baby with us and needed to warm her bottles. They were very warm and friendly especially since it was over the Christmas holiday. Tracy & Shadreka in the 700 Bistro restaurant were very considerate and went above & beyond - even got me fresh lemon slices and honey for a sore throat. I am so grateful for the care and attention to detail including fresh fruit-infused water at the front desk. And the housekeeping staff was always cleaning up the lobby! Plus Ms Brenda at the desk was super informative (helped me to find restaurants that were open Christmas Day plus other relevant info). Really good stay; thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful. However, the shower curtain and tiles were falling out of the wall. The walls were so thin that we were kept up all night by people literally screaming in the hallways and coming in at 3:30 and partying all night. It’s for sure a party hotel and I would not recommend anyone with kids stay here. We were not able to sleep the two nights we stayed which meant my daughter was too tired to enjoy Disney on ice.
