My stay at this hotel has been truly disappointing. First, the room was not the cleanest, there was hair from the previous guest and the bathroom floor did not look like it was swept well. Service was poor. When I try to teach the front desk from my room, it was always busy. If I needed anything I had to physically walk downstairs…When I told the person at the front desk how difficult it was to get in touch, they got an attitude. Lastly, they did not clean our room on our last night. When I told the front desk staff they offered to give me products to clean it myself. I cant wait to leave this place fast enough.

The suite is very large and can accommodate 6 people. The room has a terrace and a sea view. It is very close to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good, specializing in seafood. The transportation is very convenient. Parking is charged.

worst hotel service I ever seen！the reception service treat people like you owe them money. Although the facilitate in the hotel is good, but I won’t come here anymore.

The rooms were dirty, there was hair in the bath tub and sheets of the bed. We came with a big group that took up a whole floor and one day our whole group got locked out of our rooms. Our keys were disabled. The air conditioning barely worked and couldn’t be adjusted. The shower had NO hot water the whole trip. There were bugs, bed bugs, and mold in rooms. Also, the rooms were very loud. You could hear everything in the hallway. The only good things about this hotel was the beach.

The hotel definitely shows some age, but the rooms are spacious and the waterfront is great. I had two bad experiences. First, my room had issues with the hot water in the shower. After calling maintenance, the best they could do to fix it was to remove the stop screw and instruct me how to pull out the knob halfway and turn it slightly to get hot water. Crazy. Second, the restaurant was catering breakfast for a 300 member high school band. It thus took 1 hour to get an order of 2 pancakes with bacon. The hostess was very apologetic and rightly took care of my check. Overall, the amenities of the water and space outweigh the negatives of the age of the hotel. Also, with regard to the restaurant experience, I was here before the season started so they didn't have the summer staff that they would normally have to handle the crowd that was here.
