AC was perfect. Fees are ridiculous high price. The wait for your room was a little longer than expected.

We loved the conventient location in relation to Busch Gardens and other destinations yet in a quiet setting. Although we were on the go, the younger travelers loved the pool and game room. I liked the separate sleeping quarters. We had a two bedroom unit. It makes for better sleep after long days of sightseeing or amusement park visits. Adults could get up and enjoy the kitchen amenties without disturbing others still sleeping!

Don't book this property on ******* -- we were charged twice, and it took more than a week, and 45 minutes of arguing, to get our money back. Maybe it's a fine place, but the person at the front desk told me they'd never handled a booking through ******* before and had no idea how to do it (really, quite hard to believe...)

When I appeared slightly upset that we'd been charged twice and told the receptionist that I'd feel much more comfortable if the additional charge was refunded before we went and checked into our room, the receptionist was SUPER condescencing, says "As I TOLD you, I'm WORKING on it." Not my fault that you're totally incompetent at your job, dude.

My family loved the resort and the little water park. The staff were AMAZING, the room was perfectly clean and beautiful. We no issues our entire stay and it was amazingly quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

28.05.2026 Ayana

Very clean property. Hotel itself was big, included two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and balcony. We had a great time.

19.05.2026 Shawna

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of space for my family of 5. Friendly staff, and we loved having a full-size kitchen.

18.05.2026 Basudha

Excellent property… much better than our expectations.. clean, comfortable, updated, short drive to Williamsburg. Loved staying there and would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend!

18.05.2026 Christine

The room was in good condition. However, the pool and such was closed. I was charged a $80 resort fee. When I questioned it I was told for the use of grills, ok sure who grills, WiFi, ok who charges for WiFi, game room which we didn't even know about, and daily cookies. I found this hilarious. So we brought bathing suits but no pool to use as it was under construction. Watch out for the "extra fees" which most places don't charge you for. Needless to say I will stay elsewhere next time.

11.05.2026 Jeanne

The room was everything I could have expected. The room was spacious. My daughter and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We had a kitchen and living room and deck. It was very comfortable, clean and not expensive. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was just as pictured, Dont bring any cookware because it is provided. I am an exclusive chef for celebrities and the elite and this kitchen is definitely set for a great family style cooking and hosting
